Alex was the name of the rep that… Alex was the name of the rep that helped me out with my miner swap. Gave me his phone number and has been very professional, has responded within minutes the couple times I’ve texted him about my order. I had noticed it hadn’t shipped yet, reached out to Alex and within one hour a label was made and I had gotten an email saying it would be shipped soon. Great employee, should give him a raise, he gets stuff done.

Parley Labs is a great place to get IoT sensor - IN STOCK!! I've been using Parley Labs to purchase IOT sensors as I expand my testing/learning of IOT. They have a nice "official" feel, but also have a very personal side as I have asked them to do some small things for me. I plan to continue purchasing from them.

Nebra sucks; ParleyLabs made it right I ordered Nebra miners a year ago from Parley and Nebra. Nebra poorly constructed their business operations and eventually dumped my orders. Thankfully I ordered from Parley as well. Parley took a huge hit on Nebra as I did and they were very upfront about the situation while making it a PRIORITY to call me and provide corrective actions. As a business owner myself, this is above and beyond. ParleyLabs made the Nebra tragedy right with me as a customer. Because of this I will maintain and grow my business connection with Parley.

Avoid this company Ordered miners in April and delivery date kept getting pushed back. Canceled my order in December after another announcement for longer delay on shipping, then soon after received an email saying they are canceling all orders for nebra miner and refunding everyone, could take up to 8 weeks. 2 months later there is no refund and they have stopped responding. Have now disputed this charge with my bank, so hopefully they aren't bankrupt yet.

Exceptional service and great customer support. The service Parley Labs provided was exceptional and customer service was top notch. We had an issue with the EG25 modem module due to different revision. I inquired which rev they are stocking. They ended up sending us both revisions they have in stock to test out. We found the one that works and ship back the rev that did not work. Parley Labs even sent us a shipping label for free returning.
