USIt was a pleasure talking to Gabriel I ordered a Nebra miner back in April 2021, and the company was pretty good at keeping me updated. But, it felt a little like the Butterfly Labs days (one of the first ASIC Bitcoin miners) with lots of promises and updates but no equipment. I patiently waited for them to contact me about my order, but I thought I may have missed the email, so I reached out to support and reserved an online meeting with Gabriel. He was friendly, offered advice, and helped me upgrade my order to a new miner already on the way.

USLove these guys Been a customer now for over a year and absolutely love these guys, the team and my main rep Thuong 🙏. I've ordered probably a half dozen times now batches of different brands of miners and accessories, mounts, antennas, enclosures. Personally I also like that they are in SoCal so shipping and delivery is convenient. Only hiccup I've had was regarding some Nebra miner orders last year but that was more a manufacture issue not them. Even through all of that I appreciate all the updates from their team and helping me readjust those orders for other items.

USParley comes through! Parley Labs got stuck holding the bag when Nebra couldn’t come through. We’ve all been waiting on Nebra. Parley labs (especially Gabriel) has been super helpful in getting me a different miner best suited for my needs/location Even gave me a discount. Doing the right thing in a difficult situation. USNebra sucks; ParleyLabs made it right I ordered Nebra miners a year ago from Parley and Nebra. Nebra poorly constructed their business operations and eventually dumped my orders. Thankfully I ordered from Parley as well. Parley took a huge hit on Nebra as I did and they were very upfront about the situation while making it a PRIORITY to call me and provide corrective actions. As a business owner myself, this is above and beyond. ParleyLabs made the Nebra tragedy right with me as a customer. Because of this I will maintain and grow my business connection with Parley.

USI also ordered a Nebra miner back in… I also ordered a Nebra miner back in April 2021. Parley kept me informed throughout this past year on their ensuing shipping & logistic issues - which I appreciated at the least. Without those emails I probably would have been 10x more aggravated but I try to avoid taking my wrath out on innocent customer service workers. My customer service call with Alex was smooth & I appreciated his attitude. Seemed like he cared about his job… which we all know isn’t always the case with certain companies & their service department staff. Thanks for the upcoming refund Parley, no harm no foul.
