Joined Excite Credit Union to be able… Joined Excite Credit Union to be able to refinance our home through your CU. Due to an extreme lack of communication, the loan never happened. Without my knowledge, the interest rate lock was extended once, with a second extension in effect. Then it expired prior to funding and recording. Not a great experience !

Crappy service A mistake was made and excite let me get clobbered with overdraft fees. Never did they try once to let me know. I deposited $60 00 into my account and the receipt indicated a 400.00 balance not a negative amount .

I have excite for my car loan I have excite for my car loan. I made my payment with a checking account and they reported my payment as 30 days late because they don’t give you credit for your payment until the payment clears. The payment cleared never had any returns. When I called to complain they told me to dispute it with the credit bureau and they would update it. Did exactly what they said just for them to mark the late payment as accurate. They also lock you out of the online portal to make payments. I have never dealt with a company that had such underhanded practices. Stay away from this company.

Karen was very helpful in assisting me… Karen was very helpful in assisting me on my auto loan . She gave me the approval and all the requirements right away. We completed my auto loan in a couple of days. I just hope that for next time, I can sign everything online since I live all the way in Alameda County.
