FIRE great online service! FIRE was my online solution to manage my business in UK from my office in Portugal. I had a GBP and a EUR account and it couldn't be more easy to run either on my Mac browser as well as with my mobile App. Transfers between accounts are immediate. Paying and receiving from EU, UK or outside Europe is not a problem. Regarding the support, I always get an answer on time. I can't be more happy.

Disappointing user experience Disappointing user experience. Not the smoother well developed products coming from competitors. It doesn't feel or look like any time went into the design or how it's used. Tried to give feedback to this and was ignored.

Excellent multi currency bank account Fire is the best business bank account I have, in terms of ease of use, clarity of the online banking site and excellent customer service. I have emailed their support team a couple of times and had replies, literally within minutes. Monthly statements are presented clearly. National and international transfers are easy.

Very high transaction limits for cards We are banking with Fire for the digital ad campaigns of our clients and we are quite happy so far. Their debit cards have very high transaction limits which is very useful for digital ad agencies. The only drawback is that they only accept SEPA payments, not SWIFT. Their customer service is also very responsive and that's why I recommend Fire.com to everyone.

Business and personal account customer Been with Fire for a couple of years now and can easily recommend them. The app is simple, reliable and easy to use. Due to new security measures there is a bit of a convoluted way of logging into my business account, but it's worth it for the added security. Customer service is great too, any query I've raised has always been answered within a few hours.
