IEWe’ve had a business account with Fire… We’ve had a business account with Fire for four years and their service is awesome. I would recommend Fire to any business owner looking for fast, convenient banking. Technologically they are way ahead of the pack. I have total confidence in their support team who respond immediately with knowledgeable and informed solutions no matter how trivial. Fire is also blazing a trail with Open Payments, making it easy for us to accept payments directly from our clients’ bank accounts with no credit card or third parties involved. The future of business banking!

GBExcellent multi currency bank account Fire is the best business bank account I have, in terms of ease of use, clarity of the online banking site and excellent customer service. I have emailed their support team a couple of times and had replies, literally within minutes. Monthly statements are presented clearly. National and international transfers are easy.

FRSimple and efficient The process took a while to complete due to the structure of our company, this being said the customer experience is very good. Every question is always answered within approx 24h and when there is an issue with the site a correction is uploaded the same day and all works great. Good and reliable company.

But they made sure I get my card in a very safe way although it's not the normal process they can usually deliver the card. Really appreciate that they went the extra mile for me, thanks a lot.

GBThere is no end of this charade There is no end of this charade. First FIRE claimed that it has been complaints from another bank, but refused to tell us more. Then they told that a client had done a recall regarding a payment. That was untrue, the client did know nothing about this. Now suddenly the claim that the account is frozen because" the authority of the courts" has demanded that. Lie, after lie, after Lie.
