Wrote to the support staff at Fire and we received a very clear and detailed reply within 48h, from Alice, who explained that the amount had only been held as a pre-authorization on our debit card, and were immediately refunded to our account when the hotel told us it should take 30days.. Well done Fire, in a world that is increasingly becoming more and more digital, you need a bank that can step in and reply to your query and provide assistance so that you don't feel ''forgotten''... Thank you again and keep it up...

Absolutely ridiculous service with bank transfers Bank transfers Incoming and outgoing are done at around 9am and 4pm each day Monday to Friday so faster payments don't apply I've had numerous Payments sent to me over the weekend which are meant to be credited around 9am Monday morning, only received one of my payments Only form of customer service is email and they don't reply Absolutely ridiculous service

Don't use this bank avoid at all costs !! you mind think this is a good bank, but they are blocking your money for no reason. They asked me to explain a transaction I have received from a client (business account), I immediatly reply. Since my reply, nothing. They don't answer, they don't unblock anything.

Excellent multi currency bank account Fire is the best business bank account I have, in terms of ease of use, clarity of the online banking site and excellent customer service. I have emailed their support team a couple of times and had replies, literally within minutes. Monthly statements are presented clearly. National and international transfers are easy.
