Business and personal account customer Been with Fire for a couple of years now and can easily recommend them. The app is simple, reliable and easy to use. Due to new security measures there is a bit of a convoluted way of logging into my business account, but it's worth it for the added security. Customer service is great too, any query I've raised has always been answered within a few hours.

Although we said our website is not ready , forcing me to have at least one landing page and at the end of the day , they said due to risk of your business we are not able to offer you an account. We are distributors of well branded UK suppliers and work with our suppliers more than 7 years. Why on the earth buying from suppliers and distribution could have the risk . We didn't ask for any kind of credit or loan or over draft . It's just a simple business bank account. By reading other bussiness reviews am glad that we didn't used your bank as it seems to me you are a total scam .

They could improve their solution only on a few point : - Their interface is yes simple and well optimized, but lacks some information, such as failed transactions or - Their application process is kinda random : i had a lot of problem with one company, and none at all with the other one.

FIRE great online service! FIRE was my online solution to manage my business in UK from my office in Portugal. I had a GBP and a EUR account and it couldn't be more easy to run either on my Mac browser as well as with my mobile App. Transfers between accounts are immediate. Paying and receiving from EU, UK or outside Europe is not a problem. Regarding the support, I always get an answer on time. I can't be more happy.
