Simple and efficient The process took a while to complete due to the structure of our company, this being said the customer experience is very good. Every question is always answered within approx 24h and when there is an issue with the site a correction is uploaded the same day and all works great. Good and reliable company.

Clear and concise answers from the Support Team!!! Clear and concise answers!!! We had some issues with our company account being invoice twice by a hotel in the Netherlands, further to our stay. Wrote to the support staff at Fire and we received a very clear and detailed reply within 48h, from Alice, who explained that the amount had only been held as a pre-authorization on our debit card, and were immediately refunded to our account when the hotel told us it should take 30days.. Well done Fire, in a world that is increasingly becoming more and more digital, you need a bank that can step in and reply to your query and provide assistance so that you don't feel ''forgotten''... Thank you again and keep it up...

Without any doubt the best Irish… Without any doubt the best Irish payment company that i work with. I've been their client for over 2 years, and for our kind of business, their offer is very good. 5 stars. They could improve their solution only on a few point : - Their interface is yes simple and well optimized, but lacks some information, such as failed transactions or - Their application process is kinda random : i had a lot of problem with one company, and none at all with the other one.

Absolute waste of time (Possible Identity Theft) Absolute waste of time. Thier initial onboarding email says they only need a few identification documents. 2 weeks later expect to still be sending them things. Then, for no reason they just reject your account. I am concerned now that it was an identity theft scam.

I started a FIRE.com business account… I started a FIRE.com business account two years ago to use when invoicing clients in the UK and Europe. The performance and service have been excellent. Firstly it's a real bank account (two actually - EUR and GBP). I get my own IBANs just like any other bank. Secondly incoming and outgoing transfers are rapid. Incoming UK BACS credits the same day if received by 1530 GMT and incoming EURO SEPA by 1630. Finally the APP is slick and reliable and the security is strong, I get notifications in real time on all spending. Customer Service is good as well, far superior to a high street bank. The only quibble is some exotic payment methods will bounce back - like WIREs, but you just have to educate clients on that. First class product.
