IEDisappointing user experience Disappointing user experience. Not the smoother well developed products coming from competitors. It doesn't feel or look like any time went into the design or how it's used. Tried to give feedback to this and was ignored.

FRAvoid at any cost So i was on firebank for 6 months and suddenly my payments stopped being received by my suppliers. I sent an email to the support, and guess what ? Account disconnected. No more answers Nothing 20K lost

GBExcellent multi currency bank account Fire is the best business bank account I have, in terms of ease of use, clarity of the online banking site and excellent customer service. I have emailed their support team a couple of times and had replies, literally within minutes. Monthly statements are presented clearly. National and international transfers are easy.

GBAbsolutely ridiculous service with bank transfers Bank transfers Incoming and outgoing are done at around 9am and 4pm each day Monday to Friday so faster payments don't apply I've had numerous Payments sent to me over the weekend which are meant to be credited around 9am Monday morning, only received one of my payments Only form of customer service is email and they don't reply Absolutely ridiculous service

IEAbsolute waste of time (Possible Identity Theft) Absolute waste of time. Thier initial onboarding email says they only need a few identification documents. 2 weeks later expect to still be sending them things. Then, for no reason they just reject your account. I am concerned now that it was an identity theft scam.
