Tried paying off a loan Tried paying off a loan. Nothing on their website tells you that you can't use Chime or any thing like it to make payments. I tried 2 times through their automated system & kept getting transferred to a live Advance America agent (didn't know they were connected), didn't understand why until the agent told me they are sister companies. I spent over an hour & accomplished NOTHING.

Perch loans and advance america has… Perch loans and advance america has always came through for me. I understand that the interest rates can be on the higher side, but these loans are truthfully meant if you need an approval fast and money fast. If you want to avoid the interest charges pay off quicker! That is what I always do . I was able to pay of some small balance credit cards to help my score back up. The ironic part although they don't report good payment history to the credit bureaus it works out for me because now it shows I don't have any debt when I did pay those credit cards. Sometimes having too many loans can reflect negative on your credit report which is why I chose this loan so that I could pay off my credit cards and then pay this loan off with my next few paycheck, because again I make bigger payments and pay off quickly.

I to have been trying for over 2 months… I to have been trying for over 2 months to payoff loan. No website,no phone no nothing. I have no idea what will happen to outstanding balance. What I do know is they will NOT collect any late fees or other crap. This is on them !!!

Double check info First time my loan was voided not happy close to Christmas. I redid loan,turns on the mistake was on me. I gave wrong apartment number. I called verified address all went well.Always double check address went submitting loan. Everyone was super nice about it through.
