Great Customer Service Experience The customer service was great. I had invested into a company, but for some reason it did not link to my account. So I had two portfolios, I contacted Wefunder to get that corrected. It was corrected, but then it was not showing up in the app. So I contacted Wefunder again and a ticket had to be sent. It took no real time to have my issue resolved. I’m very appreciative of Wefunder and my experience.

I have not been able to see my… I have not been able to see my watchlist for over 2 weeks! wefunder keeps telling me to cjeck my computer i have tried 4 different computers its not the computers its wefunder. it has hindered my ability to invest.

Hope my future interaction with them stays positive. ****************************************************************** If I could select zero stars I would. Reached out multiple times about an issue I had on an investment and it took almost two weeks for someone to respond. It doesn't matter if it's the year end holidays, there's no excuse for this poor service! I even reached out to Atakama for help and they sent you emails on my behalf. Unbelievable! Why don't you offer a phone number? Afraid of getting yelled at for this perfect example of horrendous service? Get your act together!!

Excellent Customer Service I really appreciated the way that I received prompt and clear responses to the multiple questions I posed via email. No matter how many questions I asked or how many emails I sent, I always received timely and thorough responses. This demonstrates Wefunder's commitment to their customers. If you are looking for a crowdfunding website, my experience with Wefunder has been the most positive and I would strongly recommend them!

Democratization of the private investment market. Overall, it is a great site helping non- accredited investors get access to good investments that have always been denied them. It also helps accredited investors who want to spread their risk around by making smaller investments than are normally required by non CF or non reg A opportunities.
