More Support/ Secondary Market It is offering the opportunity for non-accredited investors to buy into startups. However, more support is needed: 1. updates are not sent to investors e-mail accounts usually so updates are often missed. 2. Investors are not always notified of the failure or functionality status of an investment. This is important for tax purposes. 3. WeFunder has no secondary market so investors can trade and sell investments 4. The system is flawed. Some old investments don't show up. The system seems stuck at a certain amount of investments.

Great site for small investors WeFunder has outstanding customer support. They are prompt and friendly in their communications, and seem to be genuinely working to resolve issues. They also make it easier for small and non US resident investors to sign up than than other sites do. When I started investing with them over a year ago, their minimum amount was the lowest I could find and when I read that they had a big role in getting the law changed so that non angel investors could invest in start ups, I felt that their values could align with mine. I invested more and faster than I planned to, because of the quality of the offerings and have more investments pending. I have no regrets. I look forward to a long and profitable relationship with WeFunder.

Funding account issues There has been two separate incidence of moneys not able to be pulled form the bank account from the Wefunder platform. Yes, both times I've been helped diligently to fix the issue but took a long time and 'issue' is still unknown but got around it both times after many attempts. It can be frustrating but eventually was fixed. Wefunder is a growing company and a few bugs need to be worked out with the online system.

Slow to verify my identity Slow to verify my identity. Also, confusing auto reply messages about the status of my investment. Your customer service team was responsive and helpful. Unclear if they are people or bots, but at least that system is working. This is an issue, because it casts doubts over whether or not my investment will go through or be cancelled. I would be very disappointed if the investment was cancelled because of bugs in your platform. And yes, I am a first-time user. Wefunder is not making a great first impression.
