USI have not been able to see my… I have not been able to see my watchlist for over 2 weeks! wefunder keeps telling me to cjeck my computer i have tried 4 different computers its not the computers its wefunder. it has hindered my ability to invest.

USGreat Customer Service Experience The customer service was great. I had invested into a company, but for some reason it did not link to my account. So I had two portfolios, I contacted Wefunder to get that corrected. It was corrected, but then it was not showing up in the app. So I contacted Wefunder again and a ticket had to be sent. It took no real time to have my issue resolved. I’m very appreciative of Wefunder and my experience.

USFunding account issues There has been two separate incidence of moneys not able to be pulled form the bank account from the Wefunder platform. Yes, both times I've been helped diligently to fix the issue but took a long time and 'issue' is still unknown but got around it both times after many attempts. It can be frustrating but eventually was fixed. Wefunder is a growing company and a few bugs need to be worked out with the online system.

USI was not comfortable giving out… I was not comfortable giving out certain numbers via email. I emailed asking if we could have a quick conversation, so I could provide what was needed. Merc responded right away, we had our call (which was very pleasant :) and we were able to button up this investor piece in a matter of moments! Thank you Merc!!

USExcellent Customer Service I really appreciated the way that I received prompt and clear responses to the multiple questions I posed via email. No matter how many questions I asked or how many emails I sent, I always received timely and thorough responses. This demonstrates Wefunder's commitment to their customers. If you are looking for a crowdfunding website, my experience with Wefunder has been the most positive and I would strongly recommend them!
