GBI won't be using WeFunder again. The site is a bit confusing, it's hard to find terms of investment, the company I invested in went under before the funding round closed taking $600k of investment with it on and now my K1 tax documents are late.

GBFunding account issues There has been two separate incidence of moneys not able to be pulled form the bank account from the Wefunder platform. Yes, both times I've been helped diligently to fix the issue but took a long time and 'issue' is still unknown but got around it both times after many attempts. It can be frustrating but eventually was fixed. Wefunder is a growing company and a few bugs need to be worked out with the online system.

GBGreat Customer Service Experience The customer service was great. I had invested into a company, but for some reason it did not link to my account. So I had two portfolios, I contacted Wefunder to get that corrected. It was corrected, but then it was not showing up in the app. So I contacted Wefunder again and a ticket had to be sent. It took no real time to have my issue resolved. I’m very appreciative of Wefunder and my experience.

KEPretty easy to invest Pretty easy to invest. Good updates on what to invest in. However need to raise the investment ceiling for non residents. Also if possible have a panel of tax attorneys who as a non resident we can approach to let us know how we can keep aligned to investment.

GBInvestment funds being held by Wefunder I invested for the first time with a company that Wefunder held the funds for. This was all new to me and I was very nervous not knowing anything about their procedures or this company. The funds were withdrawn from my account but the doubt got worse instead of better and I entered a request to cancel the investment. My money was back in my account the next day. I consider this very good service.
