GBTHEIFS! DO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! No transparency about charges and fees incurred for transferring XRP. With every transaction you receive a failed transaction message immediately after. Then incur fees of $80 each time without any mention or prior warning that they have done so. Absolutely no customer support either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

CADon't trust this company. Don't trust this company. Not safe for your XRP, other cryptos or personal information. They were hacked June 2019 (google it!) and are in silent mode since then. Hundreds of victims among their customers but no refund or communication about this. Stay away from them if you want your money secured.

DEHelpful Support on GateHub As a long time customer i barely had any problems with GateHub until yesterday when i suddenly was not able to login anymore. I must admit it took a bit of effort to get to talk to someone personally (the email support system is too ineffective in my opinion). But the communication over social media/chat was way faster and better. Ursa and Jan from GateHub support team were really friendly and helpful. I had the feeling they were eager to help and find a satisfying solution for their customers. (excellent service) After all, they fixed everything and i was able to login again within less than 24 hours. GateHub is definitely easy to use and recommended by me! If they can eliminate these kind of problems and become a bit more stable in the future, they deserve the full 5 stars rating :) Keep up the good work!

NL(error_secret_decrypt), problem fixed :) I had a problem with my wallet. My wallet did not update itself and i could not get to my funds or transfer my funds. I have send a email to GateHub and the response was fast and they helped me to fix the problem. Super happy i can got my funds back.
