Called to speak to someone regarding a… Called to speak to someone regarding a $70.00 monthly increase in mortgage payment and was told I was #286 in line for a call back.....that was 4 hours ago. Did not choose this company but my mortgage was sold to them by Fleet Bank and unfortunately, I'm stuck with them after 6 years of excellent customer service with Fleet.

I have spoken to several people over… I have spoken to several people over the past few weeks about my biweekly mortgage payments. I have filled out all the necessary paperwork. I have gotten several different answers from everyone there. Today I spoke with Angela, who was very kind and professional. I am a transfer from Mr. Cooper and have had the most difficult time making this work.

Arturo and Rosa I had two conversations (1 call and a transfer) with 1st Arturo in Insurance who forwarded me to Rosa in Cust. Serv. BOTH were extremely helpful and went our of their way to resolve all aspects of my issues. I feel confident that they will be resolved in the 60 boarding grace period. Every Roundpoint person I have spoken to has been professional, knowledgeable and a problem-solver. On the other hand, Roundpoints bot is a disaster. Nasty off the wall threatening emails and letters. Phone bot is little better. At least phone bot does not sign off saying Roundpoint is also a collection agency like Mr. Cooper does.

I am a new customer I am a new customer - transitioning from Mr. Cooper. Your representative - Jean - was most helpful. I may have made an extra payment, but she assisted me with knowing that my account is set up and my payments will be automatically deducted as they had been with Mr. Cooper. Thank you.

Fix your login system - I'm specifically writing this review… I'm specifically writing this review because of the ridiculous login hoops I have to jump through to pay my mortgage every single month. Each time, the system refuses to recognize my password, therefore I have to choose 'forgot' and reset it. It's a huge PITA. Just set up two factor authentication and leave the passwords alone -- total waste of my time.
