He knew exactly what I was asking, gave me a complete and thorough answer and asked was there anything else he could help with. This was one of the best calling experiences I've had this year! GBThese guys are virtually useless These guys are virtually useless. I think they're literally a "virtual" company with TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. They can't even fix their database or even empty their PO Box. TERRIBLE!!!

GBI had talked to Chelsea on Friday and… I had talked to Chelsea on Friday and was told to call back with the hope I had a figure to make my mortgage current. I called back and got Tasha today. Both were extremely kind, courteous, and helpful. My numbers aren’t ready and advised me to be in the lookout for the email and check back tomorrow. I appreciated their sincerity, manners and genuine kindness. I have had many moving parts with my health and COVID affecting my income and they were very nice helping me. Thank you! GBOur loan just got transferred to… Our loan just got transferred to RoundPoint. My initial thoughts were “oh no! Not another service who may or may not screw my account up!” Imagine my pure delight when I created an account on line - SO easy - and spoke to a customer service rep named Jane. Jane went over and above to answer all of my questions and did so in a professional and courteous manner. She is an excellent representative for your company!
