GBAutomatic payment set up Thought I had set up automatic payment, but when it wasn't taken out of my checking account, I called Roundpoint. Turns out I had only given my insurance info on line, not signing up for auto payment. The person handling my call was very professional and patient while walking me through the process of setting up an account and setting up auto pay.

She stayed on the phone with me since I've had connectivity issues when put on hold previously. She told me the action steps she was taking to actually help resolve my issue in a timely manner. Her service stands in stark contrast to many of the people I've spoken with at RoundPoint previously who did not try to listen, understand my issue, or help me resolve it. I may have made an extra payment, but she assisted me with knowing that my account is set up and my payments will be automatically deducted as they had been with Mr. Cooper. Thank you.
