GBOur loan just got transferred to… Our loan just got transferred to RoundPoint. My initial thoughts were “oh no! Not another service who may or may not screw my account up!” Imagine my pure delight when I created an account on line - SO easy - and spoke to a customer service rep named Jane. Jane went over and above to answer all of my questions and did so in a professional and courteous manner. She is an excellent representative for your company!

GBArturo and Rosa I had two conversations (1 call and a transfer) with 1st Arturo in Insurance who forwarded me to Rosa in Cust. Serv. BOTH were extremely helpful and went our of their way to resolve all aspects of my issues. I feel confident that they will be resolved in the 60 boarding grace period. Every Roundpoint person I have spoken to has been professional, knowledgeable and a problem-solver. On the other hand, Roundpoints bot is a disaster. Nasty off the wall threatening emails and letters. Phone bot is little better. At least phone bot does not sign off saying Roundpoint is also a collection agency like Mr. Cooper does.

GBRoundpoint is defrauding customers and… Roundpoint is defrauding customers and needs to be audited. Roundpoint is defrauding consumers by failing to post payments in a timely manner and charging consumer's unearned late fees. Further Roundpoint is violating IRS rules by failing to produce form 1098's in a timely manner. I have multiple loans with Flagstar and Roundpoint. I mention this because they are both located Dallas Texas. Somehow my payments to Roundpoint which are mailed at the same time regularly are not posted until 3 to 5 days after Flagstar posts their payments. In addition to the CFPB please file complaints with the Texas Attorney General consumer portal.

GBFirst Time Caller and a Great Experience This was my first time calling RoundPoint and the lady I spoke with was so kind and patient with me. I created my own confusion and managed to initially confuse her as well, but she quickly identified what I failed to see. I appreciate her showing me where I was making a mistake and correcting me. The call with her was very professional on her part I would like to say a very meaningful 'Thank you' to her.

GBAutomatic payment set up Thought I had set up automatic payment, but when it wasn't taken out of my checking account, I called Roundpoint. Turns out I had only given my insurance info on line, not signing up for auto payment. The person handling my call was very professional and patient while walking me through the process of setting up an account and setting up auto pay.
