Fix your login system - I'm specifically writing this review… I'm specifically writing this review because of the ridiculous login hoops I have to jump through to pay my mortgage every single month. Each time, the system refuses to recognize my password, therefore I have to choose 'forgot' and reset it. It's a huge PITA. Just set up two factor authentication and leave the passwords alone -- total waste of my time.

First Time Caller and a Great Experience This was my first time calling RoundPoint and the lady I spoke with was so kind and patient with me. I created my own confusion and managed to initially confuse her as well, but she quickly identified what I failed to see. I appreciate her showing me where I was making a mistake and correcting me. The call with her was very professional on her part I would like to say a very meaningful 'Thank you' to her.

I am a new customer I am a new customer - transitioning from Mr. Cooper. Your representative - Jean - was most helpful. I may have made an extra payment, but she assisted me with knowing that my account is set up and my payments will be automatically deducted as they had been with Mr. Cooper. Thank you.

These guys are virtually useless These guys are virtually useless. I think they're literally a "virtual" company with TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. They can't even fix their database or even empty their PO Box. TERRIBLE!!!

I had talked to Chelsea on Friday and… I had talked to Chelsea on Friday and was told to call back with the hope I had a figure to make my mortgage current. I called back and got Tasha today. Both were extremely kind, courteous, and helpful. My numbers aren’t ready and advised me to be in the lookout for the email and check back tomorrow. I appreciated their sincerity, manners and genuine kindness. I have had many moving parts with my health and COVID affecting my income and they were very nice helping me. Thank you!
