Horrible horrible company... customer service representatives are useless good for nothing, each time i call im on the phone for over 45 minutes and the issues are still not resolved. No one knows what they are doing and horribly rude customer service representatives. Kendra from triage dept was extremely rude and spoke over me the whole time not addressing the issue and put me on hold for ever. Hate Roundpoint mortgage

GBWorse customer service They transferred my mortgage from Flagstar Bank to Roundpoint LLC in 2023. And it took until April of 2024 to get things right and me had to pay late fees because they tried to blame it on my bank telling me that my bank being a month late every time, this is ridiculous and I had to pay late fees, when my AUTOPAY pays on time as it has done it for years. I had owned a house for 26 years and never have a problem with it.

GBI had talked to Chelsea on Friday and… I had talked to Chelsea on Friday and was told to call back with the hope I had a figure to make my mortgage current. I called back and got Tasha today. Both were extremely kind, courteous, and helpful. My numbers aren’t ready and advised me to be in the lookout for the email and check back tomorrow. I appreciated their sincerity, manners and genuine kindness. I have had many moving parts with my health and COVID affecting my income and they were very nice helping me. Thank you! GBNot sure how they can still legally… Not sure how they can still legally operate with all of the shady tax escrow scams they pull. Impossible to reach a live person, no chat or anything. Read your mortgage statements carefully these guys are predators.

GBArturo and Rosa I had two conversations (1 call and a transfer) with 1st Arturo in Insurance who forwarded me to Rosa in Cust. Serv. BOTH were extremely helpful and went our of their way to resolve all aspects of my issues. I feel confident that they will be resolved in the 60 boarding grace period. Every Roundpoint person I have spoken to has been professional, knowledgeable and a problem-solver. On the other hand, Roundpoints bot is a disaster. Nasty off the wall threatening emails and letters. Phone bot is little better. At least phone bot does not sign off saying Roundpoint is also a collection agency like Mr. Cooper does.
