GBTerrible company to deal with Terrible company to deal with. Trying to contact them to correct their errors is just a runaround. Avoid! In response to their comment below: I'm not wasting any more of my time with your company. Perhaps your "unusual call volume" delays on hold is because you're not solving your problems the first time.

GBCalled to speak to someone regarding a… Called to speak to someone regarding a $70.00 monthly increase in mortgage payment and was told I was #286 in line for a call back.....that was 4 hours ago. Did not choose this company but my mortgage was sold to them by Fleet Bank and unfortunately, I'm stuck with them after 6 years of excellent customer service with Fleet.

GBAutomatic payment set up Thought I had set up automatic payment, but when it wasn't taken out of my checking account, I called Roundpoint. Turns out I had only given my insurance info on line, not signing up for auto payment. The person handling my call was very professional and patient while walking me through the process of setting up an account and setting up auto pay.

GBI had talked to Chelsea on Friday and… I had talked to Chelsea on Friday and was told to call back with the hope I had a figure to make my mortgage current. I called back and got Tasha today. Both were extremely kind, courteous, and helpful. My numbers aren’t ready and advised me to be in the lookout for the email and check back tomorrow. I appreciated their sincerity, manners and genuine kindness. I have had many moving parts with my health and COVID affecting my income and they were very nice helping me. Thank you! GBFirst Time Caller and a Great Experience This was my first time calling RoundPoint and the lady I spoke with was so kind and patient with me. I created my own confusion and managed to initially confuse her as well, but she quickly identified what I failed to see. I appreciate her showing me where I was making a mistake and correcting me.
