USAutomatic payment set up Thought I had set up automatic payment, but when it wasn't taken out of my checking account, I called Roundpoint. Turns out I had only given my insurance info on line, not signing up for auto payment. The person handling my call was very professional and patient while walking me through the process of setting up an account and setting up auto pay.

USI have spoken to several people over… I have spoken to several people over the past few weeks about my biweekly mortgage payments. I have filled out all the necessary paperwork. I have gotten several different answers from everyone there. Today I spoke with Angela, who was very kind and professional. I am a transfer from Mr. Cooper and have had the most difficult time making this work.

USFirst Time Caller and a Great Experience This was my first time calling RoundPoint and the lady I spoke with was so kind and patient with me. I created my own confusion and managed to initially confuse her as well, but she quickly identified what I failed to see. I appreciate her showing me where I was making a mistake and correcting me.
