GBHorrible Horrible. Had an account with them since 2017. 3 days ago I contacted them to inform a last name change and request a new card because mine expired in July and I haven’t received a new one. My requests were promptly accepted and them 2 days later they closed my account for “prolonged inactivity” with no notice. Contacted customer service and they said they can’t do anything to reverse it. The card is garbage as the customer service. I would keep the account open just to aging my score. Anyway. Stay away. They are literally garbage

GBThe credit line they approve at the… The credit line they approve at the first place. As being an international student they gave me credit limit only for $300 which is nothing. My college tuitions is $10000 per semester. I personally think Deserve should really take a look in to it. Eventually my credit was increased which took one year to get $1300 limit from $300.

GBFirst Credit Card as a College Student, They've Made It Easy I am a college student. Deserve was the first credit card that accepted me. I have been very happy with them, especially the automatic payments and the notifications once a transaction has happened. It's helped me build credit and has a super easy app which has also helped me learn more credit and how it's calculated. Overall great company and card.

GBMobile App Neglected By Deserve I've been having a decent experience with Deserve, paying my bills on time, however the app on the Google Play store hasn't been updated for almost a year. People worry about security and when banking apps are updated on a frequent bases it's to make sure customers see the company is in there best interest. Improve your mobile app, respect your user base that has issues with it, it has issues.

GBGood for international students I've had a Deserve credit card for 3ish years now and I haven't had any problems yet. The cashback is a little low (1%), but overall Deserve is a much better option than what you would usually get if you're an international student or otherwise don't have a SSN. They also seem relatively generous about how often and how much they'll increase your credit limit if you never miss a payment, as I have. Would recommend.
