Thoughts on branch and banking Branch is great be stopped deposited money in my other bank my only complaint is not all bills show up as spent right away ,but that’s probunly creditors not charging right away ? My honest opinion though is with the governments greedy power scheme of CENTRALIZED digital currency people shouldn’t be the only ones worried

Above and beyond customer service from Luke! I can easily say the customer service is above and beyond, working with Luke was great! He had a super sense of humor and helped a lot out in the end. Totally 5 star service!

It's an online bank,if you have any issues,it's not very helpful. I originally got the app due to the job that I had. I was a delivery driver and the only way to get paid, at the time, was this online account.I honestly didn't mind it at the beginning, but noticed a few things in the past few months or so. When you have an issue or problem, the automated system sends an email,as most apps do. However, it doesn't seem to get resolved in a timely manner. I only use it now, for the option of the savings that they started about a year ago or so. Other than that, I don't like to use it as much as I used to. I have an account with a bank that actually has an office and you can go speak with an actual person.

This is our paycheck’s This is our paycheck’s. And only limiting $ $400 a day for withdrawals is unsatisfactory So there is know way to get our funds until 3 to 5 days later , SUCKS. We need a better way to retrieve our money to pay our bills.

Horrible!!!!!!!!! Horrible!!!!!!!!! They have to be some sort of scam, I recently started working somewhere where I have to use Branch but they have someone using my information fraudulently therefore my paycheck has been going into “my account” that I never opened it’s been a month and I still haven’t got my paychecks and they still can’t help me this is ridiculous and they should not be in business, I will be seeking legal advise. Oh an customer service horrible they don’t even have managers their whole business model just sounds like a scam.
