USHorrible!!!!!!!!! Horrible!!!!!!!!! They have to be some sort of scam, I recently started working somewhere where I have to use Branch but they have someone using my information fraudulently therefore my paycheck has been going into “my account” that I never opened it’s been a month and I still haven’t got my paychecks and they still can’t help me this is ridiculous and they should not be in business, I will be seeking legal advise. Oh an customer service horrible they don’t even have managers their whole business model just sounds like a scam.

USAmazingly terrible customer service Amazingly terrible customer service. Over 12 business days to change an email address and it’s still not done. No one at customer support can actually help or do anything. Everything done through email and even when you ask to speak with someone other than a person that answers the phone after being on hold for 45 minutes they can not even do that because they are in a call center somewhere. This app is terrible and was forced to get it. Do not use branch if you have a choice. Update. It is now another 7 days later and still no contact from branch on resolving the issue. The reply they sent is more of the same. This is a horribly run app that claims to be a banking app. I have never seen such terrible customer service let alone from what is supposed to be a “financial institution” their words not mine.

USIt's an online bank,if you have any issues,it's not very helpful. I originally got the app due to the job that I had. I was a delivery driver and the only way to get paid, at the time, was this online account.I honestly didn't mind it at the beginning, but noticed a few things in the past few months or so. When you have an issue or problem, the automated system sends an email,as most apps do. However, it doesn't seem to get resolved in a timely manner. I only use it now, for the option of the savings that they started about a year ago or so. Other than that, I don't like to use it as much as I used to. I have an account with a bank that actually has an office and you can go speak with an actual person.

USWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. I waited for 3hours for someone to respond once she responded. She didn’t even let me explain my issue she just hang up on me saying “I can’t hear you” even thou she could hear me clearly. She did that intentionally after only being in line with me for 5secs.They don’t care about their customers.
