Can't get an advance on my paycheck Can't get an advance on my paycheck, because, apparently, I need approval of my 11 year employer, and I don't have any, "default advances"?! GFY! Don't expect anything different from a, "company", run by somethig with a name that sounds like, sukadik!

Charging for transferring money and… Charging for transferring money and also getting money early off your pay check is not kosher it’s a deterrent from doing either. After this last payback I will not be using the branch service anymore!!

Poor Development Because of a bonus payment that arrived a few days after my regular paycheck, the Branch system used the lower bonus pay as my regular pay and lowered my advance drastically when I needed it most. Support was very helpful, however could not help me reach a resolution. The development team has a lot of work to do because your functions don't even work as they should - i.e. selecting which paychecks are the correct ones - DOES NOTHING! Undependable at the worst time.

It's an online bank,if you have any issues,it's not very helpful. I originally got the app due to the job that I had. I was a delivery driver and the only way to get paid, at the time, was this online account.I honestly didn't mind it at the beginning, but noticed a few things in the past few months or so. When you have an issue or problem, the automated system sends an email,as most apps do. However, it doesn't seem to get resolved in a timely manner. I only use it now, for the option of the savings that they started about a year ago or so. Other than that, I don't like to use it as much as I used to. I have an account with a bank that actually has an office and you can go speak with an actual person.

I was clearly double charged for 3… I was clearly double charged for 3 different transactions on my account 01/04/2024 . For what I’m not sure when I only purchase the item once .. took forever to get in touch with customer service when I finally talk to a rep she made no sense at all saying they where pending transaction when clearly they say posted .. put me on hold to try to redeem her lie and came back still not making sense so I’m going to just start withdrawing my money from this when spark deposit my little check . I work to hard for my money to be getting scammed.
