Have had absolutely no problem with my… Have had absolutely no problem with my direct deposit or my funds. I receive exact what I expected on time every week and I love that we have to options to control arm withdrawal limits ,❤️

If I can put zeros I would my account… If I can put zeros I would my account got hacked multiple times and not once did the notify me or anything. They are a joke. Spark driver needs to go with a better company. Got hung up on the whole sha-bang. Still fighting with them today to shut down my account, still haven’t after I went through the whole process.Red flag!! Save your time and go with an actual bank or a trusted one that will alert you on theft etc charges.

Amazingly terrible customer service Amazingly terrible customer service. Over 12 business days to change an email address and it’s still not done. No one at customer support can actually help or do anything. Everything done through email and even when you ask to speak with someone other than a person that answers the phone after being on hold for 45 minutes they can not even do that because they are in a call center somewhere. This app is terrible and was forced to get it. Do not use branch if you have a choice. Update. It is now another 7 days later and still no contact from branch on resolving the issue. The reply they sent is more of the same. This is a horribly run app that claims to be a banking app. I have never seen such terrible customer service let alone from what is supposed to be a “financial institution” their words not mine.

It's an online bank,if you have any issues,it's not very helpful. I originally got the app due to the job that I had. I was a delivery driver and the only way to get paid, at the time, was this online account.I honestly didn't mind it at the beginning, but noticed a few things in the past few months or so. When you have an issue or problem, the automated system sends an email,as most apps do. However, it doesn't seem to get resolved in a timely manner. I only use it now, for the option of the savings that they started about a year ago or so. Other than that, I don't like to use it as much as I used to. I have an account with a bank that actually has an office and you can go speak with an actual person.

If I could give it 0 stars I would If I could give it 0 stars I would, I've called customer service twice to help me with trying to change my birthday or even try to see if I even added my birthdate on the account. They can't access my account unless I give them my birthdate. I give them my DOB and they can't access it because of an information mismatch. There's no way to edit it online, no way to see what it is. The website is very vague. The people are no help. They gave me a phone number to call and it immediately said that there's no customer service representatives. Needless to say that this service is a dud and Walmart should go with an alternate route
