GBWhy should anyone have to sign up for this unsecure free garbage ? The fact that you are free and get driver's SSN is shady as hell. Maybe fix the issues causing 1 star reviews instead of having a nice webpage. Lowest bidder is sad when it comes to handling worker's pay and personal info is dangerous and unnecessary security wise .....

GBHorrible!!!!!!!!! Horrible!!!!!!!!! They have to be some sort of scam, I recently started working somewhere where I have to use Branch but they have someone using my information fraudulently therefore my paycheck has been going into “my account” that I never opened it’s been a month and I still haven’t got my paychecks and they still can’t help me this is ridiculous and they should not be in business, I will be seeking legal advise. Oh an customer service horrible they don’t even have managers their whole business model just sounds like a scam.

GBIf I could give it 0 stars I would If I could give it 0 stars I would, I've called customer service twice to help me with trying to change my birthday or even try to see if I even added my birthdate on the account. They can't access my account unless I give them my birthdate. I give them my DOB and they can't access it because of an information mismatch. There's no way to edit it online, no way to see what it is. The website is very vague. The people are no help. They gave me a phone number to call and it immediately said that there's no customer service representatives. Needless to say that this service is a dud and Walmart should go with an alternate route

GBThe rep was awful Jayla was awful! She cannot read and has no comprehension skills. I advised to her I haven’t logged into my account because it gave me errors due to them having wrong info I’m assuming as I’ve never set a passcode or anything. She proceeded to argue that I supposedly did and I said well there must be a breach in security and she just screenshot my email and sent it to me. Like what an absolute idiot. She shouldn’t or I guess he depending on what that person is shouldn’t be in customer service if they aren’t going to work on a solution. As soon as I get access to my account I am pulling my money out and closing it as I would never do business with such crappy people. Do better Branch. Maybe you will have more than 2 stars yikes!

GBPoor Development Because of a bonus payment that arrived a few days after my regular paycheck, the Branch system used the lower bonus pay as my regular pay and lowered my advance drastically when I needed it most. Support was very helpful, however could not help me reach a resolution. The development team has a lot of work to do because your functions don't even work as they should - i.e. selecting which paychecks are the correct ones - DOES NOTHING! Undependable at the worst time.
