The reps I've talked to were decent… The reps I've talked to were decent enough. However, I would advise against using it. Even for Uber. It takes days to get an Email address changed and forever to even get a rep on the phone. Unfortunately, Ubers security algorithms can randomly lock you out of your instant pay accounts without being able to edit them for days at a time too. So rn I don't trust either. My only recourse is pulling my days earnings straight from a branch free ATM and depositing the cash directly into my own banks ATM.

If I could give it 0 stars I would If I could give it 0 stars I would, I've called customer service twice to help me with trying to change my birthday or even try to see if I even added my birthdate on the account. They can't access my account unless I give them my birthdate. I give them my DOB and they can't access it because of an information mismatch. There's no way to edit it online, no way to see what it is. The website is very vague. The people are no help. They gave me a phone number to call and it immediately said that there's no customer service representatives. Needless to say that this service is a dud and Walmart should go with an alternate route

Poor Development Because of a bonus payment that arrived a few days after my regular paycheck, the Branch system used the lower bonus pay as my regular pay and lowered my advance drastically when I needed it most. Support was very helpful, however could not help me reach a resolution. The development team has a lot of work to do because your functions don't even work as they should - i.e. selecting which paychecks are the correct ones - DOES NOTHING! Undependable at the worst time.

Thoughts on branch and banking Branch is great be stopped deposited money in my other bank my only complaint is not all bills show up as spent right away ,but that’s probunly creditors not charging right away ? My honest opinion though is with the governments greedy power scheme of CENTRALIZED digital currency people shouldn’t be the only ones worried

I have been using Branch for about 3… I have been using Branch for about 3 years now , I used branch at first just for the Instant pay option because I used to get paid bi-weekly and then the option was removed awhile back , but having a Branch Account actually saved me cause i had the misfortune of having my actual bank account closed and I have been using Branch as my primary acc and it helped me out alot. Never had any issues with transaction or fraud, and it works with almost any job I apply for when I need direct deposit and they give you access to your pay up to 2 days early ! I give Branch a 10/10 .
