GBrude chat reps I tried to b speak to a varo rep 3 days in a row and the que was always to full then when i finally got someone the third day he was very short with me and rude. I was chatting to update some things and start using my account again but now I don’t even want to of this is how they treat their customers.

GBI'm ok with Varo for my checking &… I'm ok with Varo for my checking & savings account but the Believe card NO. Like Chime credit Builder card they use false, confusing ways to think it's a REAL credit card. They ARE NOT! They are payday loan cards. I was not understanding that whatever I charge would be deducted as soon as my direct deposit disability hit the bank. A regular credit card you charge $200 but your payment is $40. Not so with these cards. AGAIN they are simply a payday loan card.

GBThis bank needs to be stopped… This bank needs to be stopped immediately, I disputed a transaction on 1/11/24 I was at work when I noticed $360 withdrawal I have my card with me and was nowhere near atm location where funds were taking out. They sent a card after card arrived my app said dispute resolved clearly not resolved. Then if you dont pay attention every time you make a transaction more than what transaction says is coming out. Funny part is when i called for dispute i got someone now I keep calling and going into chats about funds being reimbursed I can’t get anyone on the phone let alone in Chat it frustrating and unprofessional and totally ridiculous.

GB$400.72 deposit into wrong account number. UPDATE: Failed to verify contact info and deposited my $400.72 into someone else's account. Giving the run around on getting transaction reversed. Accepted a direct deposit with non matching contact info. I sent them the transaction receipt and time after time they failed to find the mistake. I finally notice the 2nd digit of the account number is wrong. I call to their attention and get nothing. They know which account the money went to yet they won't dpo anything about it. I have been waiting for a direct deposit since 03/12/2024. Since the contact details did not match the bank account number - I'm not sure why the bank accepted the money. Very frustrated and keep getting "It's been escalated and you'll be contacted within 48 hours." It's been a full month now. Once I find out it's on Varo's end that the money isn't there I initially made contact on April 2nd only to be told - They would contact me 2 business days later. So I contact them this morning at the same time I initiated the query only to be told that I needed to wait until end of day. I've been waiting on this money now for a month as of tomorrow. Attempted to call back this evening bc I didn't hear from them only to get a message to call back during business hours. Tomorrow is Friday so if they don't find my money - I'm screwed! I have bills to pay and Varo need to get with it and credit my account.. IDK what I;m gonna do if I don't get funds tomorrow!!

GBWorst banking experience Ever!!!! No customer service you can only CHAT and they end chat when they are do e talking to you. Belive is a scam they hold your money for 30 days Plus 1 business day just for a hotel deposit. And when you try to resolve it they tell you there is nothing they can do you just have to wait. They have no answers and tell you there is nothing that they can do. There is no way to escalate a situation you just get hung up on and told "I understand your frustration" Please use ANY other banking institution and tell everyone you know as well. You are better off giving your money to a random person with a coffee can. They would be more helpful.
