GBVaro for the win! This is the bank I’ve been looking for. I have never been a big fan of financial institutions and their business practices, but Varo bank has been forward thinking with a streamlined approach and they serve my purposes very well. Congrats to the Varo team..

GBThis bank needs to be stopped… This bank needs to be stopped immediately, I disputed a transaction on 1/11/24 I was at work when I noticed $360 withdrawal I have my card with me and was nowhere near atm location where funds were taking out. They sent a card after card arrived my app said dispute resolved clearly not resolved. Then if you dont pay attention every time you make a transaction more than what transaction says is coming out. Funny part is when i called for dispute i got someone now I keep calling and going into chats about funds being reimbursed I can’t get anyone on the phone let alone in Chat it frustrating and unprofessional and totally ridiculous.

GBThe customer service is nonexistent The customer service is nonexistent. If you don’t have the app from other reviews, I’ve read the app assistance doesn’t even work. I wouldn’t know I can’t even get an agent on the phone while I review my account for signing up. I definitely won’t be using this bank for any actual use moving forward, I’ll probably just leave it as a background account open for no apparent reason And caution any new customers from opening an account with people who don’t answer the phone

GBThis a sorry ass bank! This a sorry ass bank. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH YOUR MONEY. I made a mobile deposit of $43.80 then they closed my account for no reason, with no warning and kept my deposit!!

GBWorst banking experience Ever!!!! No customer service you can only CHAT and they end chat when they are do e talking to you. Belive is a scam they hold your money for 30 days Plus 1 business day just for a hotel deposit. And when you try to resolve it they tell you there is nothing they can do you just have to wait. They have no answers and tell you there is nothing that they can do. There is no way to escalate a situation you just get hung up on and told "I understand your frustration" Please use ANY other banking institution and tell everyone you know as well. You are better off giving your money to a random person with a coffee can. They would be more helpful.
