Worst bank ever if I can ever get… Worst bank ever if I can ever get switched I will ,they favor rich companies over customers and will take your money for stupid shut like mail return fees and check balance fees every thing they can make up ,they let spectrum take almost 300 from my acct that I didn't owe,can't argue with them if the other person is worth more,I'm on s.s and they keep taking more every month,worst bank ever to exist ,run from them

Great Bank! I absolutely love Woodforest, so I have a very poor banking history, and I needed a second chance and Woodforest came to the rescue with there second chance checking. Woodforest has been beyond amazing in every way possible. Customer service has been great, my local branch is beyond phenomenal, and the mobile app is pretty great as well. I have ZERO complaints about them!

By far the worst bank I have ever been… By far the worst bank I have ever been associated with. They freeze your account if you conduct bill pay check even if you have a few thousand dollars in the account. They disable my online access without warning and expect you to go into a branch to have it unlocked. Horrible and useless customer service. Never again. You can’t send wires online, use Zelle or conduct any ACH payments. Just a horrible horrible experience.

I have been a customer since 1981 I have been a customer since 1981! I am sooo disappointed. I have been trying to stop a payment for a car payment since January. They can't do it!!! They just keep sending the payment... they say they are stopping...charge me a stop payment fee...and the next month send the payment again...This has been going on for 4 months.... I am done with them... after 43 years!!!! Very sad......
