GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Went in to get a cashiers check and got told I have to pay a 10$ fee (never had to pay before). Even after agreeing with the fee the woman still tried to have a disagreement with me even after the matter was over. She was very unprofessional and on edge. I had to ask her if we could just proceed with the transaction. She definitely needs more training.

GBI'm a new customer, soon to be former customer. I'm a new customer, and just made my 2nd visit to the HEB Madera Run branch, in Houston. Took 2 tellers an hour to accept a routine deposit. The deposit was less than $10,000, with just over $3000 in checks. I was the only customer in the branch, the whole hour. I was told that they needed a "manager approval" to deposit the checks. I stood there, while they made at least a half dozen calls, trying get a code, to enable them to process the deposit. Looks like opening this account has been one big waste of valuable time.

GBWent to WalMart in Lexington Went to WalMart in Lexington, KY (New Circle) to use the CoinStar to cash in some change, which was out of order. I don't have an account with Woodforest, but asked the teller, Ernesto, if he would mind cashing in the change for me. He was very willing to help, despite my not having an account and the fact that it was time-consuming to roll some pennies. Thank you Ernesto, for going above and beyond!

GBTransfers between checking accounts My husband and I both have checking accounts at Woodforest National Bank. We make transfers often between these two accounts. He has recently broke his phone and we were unable to make transfers. As luck would have it, I overdrew our joint account. He was able to call the bank and speak with a wonderful woman named Nicole at the lafayette, Indiana bank branch. She was able to initiate the transfer between our accounts so we were not charged overdraft fees. We've had these accounts for 15 years. I have always appreciated the fact that we are able to handle any difficult situations with these accounts easily and stress-free. Thanks Nicole you made this situation easy to deal with.
