GBThey falsely advertised that they are a community bank but they are members only Bank They claim to be a community bank but they are not. They are members only. This isn't their policy even and are denying to give change against their own policy. I have gotten change for over a year and this is the second time they have done this. The two ladies were sitting there doing nothing and one was on her personal phone, but when I had a supervisor call they refused to answer the phone despite sitting there doing nothing with no one else in line. They falsely claim to be a community bank and leaves me walking 4 miles for nothing when they had no problem serving me for a year

GBMy husband and I stayed at the Extended… My husband and I stayed at the Extended Stay America we paid weekly at the desk, the last date we paid we advised we would be checking out 03/12/24. My husband and I had leased a home and we left early 03/10/24 and moved into the new home we were billed 691.86 03/16/24 even though we were no longer staying at the property, they have cameras onsite and could verify our car was not there, we did not sign the receipt nor did we give permission to use our card nothing. As soon as I saw the charge I disputed it with Extended Stay our bank Woodforest everything, I brought the receipt where we checked out and shows our last date as 03/12/24 they cancelled our debit cards and I filed a complaint with the BBB after going thru all that Woodforest did not even bother to call and ask our side of the story and did not refund us the money. What a rip off!!!!!!

GBBy far the worst bank I have ever been… By far the worst bank I have ever been associated with. They freeze your account if you conduct bill pay check even if you have a few thousand dollars in the account. They disable my online access without warning and expect you to go into a branch to have it unlocked. Horrible and useless customer service. Never again. You can’t send wires online, use Zelle or conduct any ACH payments. Just a horrible horrible experience.

GBThis bank in Marshall This bank in Marshall, Texas is extremely convenient and helpful. I know all of the tellers, and I have never been helped and cared about by so many people. Their service and dedication to finding creative ways to solve your problems is phenomenal.

GBTerrible..this bank has been holding… Terrible..this bank has been holding thousands of dollars of mine because of transaction that was declined. The merchant has even verified they are t collecting funds and it’s been 2 weeks and my money still hasn’t been returned to my account by woodforest. This issue has happen before and it’s rediculous. Please stay far away from this bank they are no good. From the customer service to the branches. Will be filing small claims suit if my money isn’t returned soon. Very shady and bad business. No bank lets anything pend for this long without removing it from your account. Will be closing account
