This bank in Marshall This bank in Marshall, Texas is extremely convenient and helpful. I know all of the tellers, and I have never been helped and cared about by so many people. Their service and dedication to finding creative ways to solve your problems is phenomenal.

By far the worst bank I have ever been… By far the worst bank I have ever been associated with. They freeze your account if you conduct bill pay check even if you have a few thousand dollars in the account. They disable my online access without warning and expect you to go into a branch to have it unlocked. Horrible and useless customer service. Never again. You can’t send wires online, use Zelle or conduct any ACH payments. Just a horrible horrible experience.

They falsely advertised that they are a community bank but they are members only Bank They claim to be a community bank but they are not. They are members only. This isn't their policy even and are denying to give change against their own policy. I have gotten change for over a year and this is the second time they have done this. The two ladies were sitting there doing nothing and one was on her personal phone, but when I had a supervisor call they refused to answer the phone despite sitting there doing nothing with no one else in line. They falsely claim to be a community bank and leaves me walking 4 miles for nothing when they had no problem serving me for a year

The bank in kannapolis N.C The bank in kannapolis N.C. and their corporate office, for lack of a better word, sucks. Yall need to train your employees better. We have been dealing with issues for the last 3 weeks and everyone gives us a different story and time frame. Then when you confront them on it they say it's corporate. You call corporate they say it's our policy. Without going into our personal business I have dealt with a few banks in my time and I have never been toyed with or been made to feel 2nd class with any of them. I am extremely dissatisfied with this bank. We are changing banks and will never return nor will I ever refer you guys. Stick with real banks who don't have a place in a Walmart supercenter, because like in the videos people of Walmart yall are trash. Not even part of BBB. And again train your employees so yall are all on the same page especially the one in Kannapolis N.C.
