Terrible..this bank has been holding… Terrible..this bank has been holding thousands of dollars of mine because of transaction that was declined. The merchant has even verified they are t collecting funds and it’s been 2 weeks and my money still hasn’t been returned to my account by woodforest. This issue has happen before and it’s rediculous. Please stay far away from this bank they are no good. From the customer service to the branches. Will be filing small claims suit if my money isn’t returned soon. Very shady and bad business. No bank lets anything pend for this long without removing it from your account. Will be closing account

Was Fast & Went Above & Beyond To Help Me, Due To That I Didn't Have A Open Checking Account With That Bank. Melissa Was Very Nice! Very Informative! I Really Needed A Important Money Order. Transfers between checking accounts My husband and I both have checking accounts at Woodforest National Bank. We make transfers often between these two accounts. He has recently broke his phone and we were unable to make transfers. As luck would have it, I overdrew our joint account. He was able to call the bank and speak with a wonderful woman named Nicole at the lafayette, Indiana bank branch. She was able to initiate the transfer between our accounts so we were not charged overdraft fees. We've had these accounts for 15 years. I have always appreciated the fact that we are able to handle any difficult situations with these accounts easily and stress-free. Thanks Nicole you made this situation easy to deal with.

I had transaction flagged as fraudulent I called to confirm transaction was legitimate and they verified all my information asked inappropriate questions and then stated women get scammed and refused that transaction with Apple Pay, venmo and cash app! transaction was to my son!

Woodforest is the best bank that I have… Woodforest is the best bank that I have ever dealt with! Customer support is always very supportive and they know what they're doing. When there are funds that are to go back into my account I'll only have to wait like one day. I have been with this thing for over 10 years and I will never leave them.
