FH has implemented policies to monitor… FH has implemented policies to monitor your cash deposits. I sold a vehicle this weekend and went to deposit 5K into my account and was treated like a money laundering criminal. Was put through an inquisition for depositing cash in their bank. Demanded my DL and then asked my occupation and social security number. I went into the bank to speak to a manager and was told their policy is if more 3K cash they put your information into a database, which is code word for being flagged. This is draconian and intrusive. Needless to say, I took my cash and will bank with my Credit Union or small bank. Do not bank with FH if you like your freedom. This is a war on your money and they want to tell you how and what you can do with it, in conjunction with the Leftist agenda in Washington.

There was a check on my account that… There was a check on my account that was cashed from 4 years ago before first horizon took over, I have no checks with first horizon whatsoever, but they allowed a check to be cashed from 4 years ago which means it's a stale dated check. When I called Customer Service twice and went inside the branch, they basically told me that there is nothing that can be done and was very rude about it.

Me and my girlfriend are seniors disabled My girlfriend is a senior disabled lady and she had to cancel her card and get a new one because there was charges on her card that she didn't make and after she finally got it they wouldn't activate it on the phone because they said that she didn't know her Gmail address so she can't get any money and Then yesterday I tried to get some food and it said insufficient fund's on my card then today I had car trouble and I couldn't get a wrecker because it said insufficient fund's. I had $1,700 dollars in my account and I just found out that they had put a hold on my account for no reason in the world. I have never overdrawn or had a problem. I will be closing our accounts tomorrow. They had no reason to do that to us. We live way up in the Cherokee National forest and couldn't get to the bank today. I can't recommend them at all.

I had one of the worst banking… I had one of the worst banking experiences ever! I came in with a personal check. I tried to cash it and the teller immediately started questioning me about my out of state ID. He called the manager and things got progressively worse! Andrea "the manager "took my check and said she refused to cash it it she couldn't reach my boss. She didn't give me any explanation. I ended up going into her office and demanded my check! Terrible customer service!!!

1st Horizon Glenwood Ave 1st Horizon Glenwood Ave, Raleigh My dad wrote me a ck for 2100.00, took it to first horizon, had my Id, poa for my Dad and yes the $ was there. Doing this for Medicaid, explained this to the teller. They did not cash check, my problem is why is it always a black teller making $12 hour giving black people problems in banks. Everytime I have a issue at a bank it's withy own people. If my dads application is rejected I hope the rest of your damn hair fall out Update: took the POA in same day I tried to cash check, 5 days later no one knows anything about the POA. One branch says 7 days for legal to review, one branch says a few hours, Glenwood Ave branch said they didn't know how long. This bank should be closed down. I will make it a point to steer everyone one I come in contact with away from this bank! The employees are incompetent and lazy. I expedited my complaint to Bryan the CEO, received a phone call within the hour! If my complaint is not handled to my satisfaction and my dad's Medicaid application is denied and his health suffers further I will file a civil and criminal law suit against this bank. Sincerely I'm mad as hell and I will never ever bank at 1st Horizon!
