Abra support was the means to verification after 3 months of attempting to contact them no response was received. Now my wallet is empty. What a bunch of Thieves!!!

GBNo complaints from an experienced user. I've been an Abra customer since inception. I also own shares, as a part of my commitment to good crypto practice. I understand a lot of people have grievances, but feel this is mostly due to ignorance of the way crypto works and over expectation. I have always been paid interest, never had a transaction refused and found the app easy to manage. I've lost money via scams, but never through Abra. They are still here after a huge downturn in business, unlike a lot of competitors. I'd still be a customer, but the UK financial system is a train wreck when it come to anything but banks, so I have to find somewhere else to earn interest on my assets.

You are correct, that was for EXP being delisted. XHV was delisted from our platform in April. We sent out email communications regarding the removal date as well as in-app notifications. Again, I am sorry you are dealing with this situation, but since this asset has been delisted from our platform, these funds are considered lost. Best regards, Rodd

GBAvoid at all costs! I have crypto with Abra, I was told to withdraw the crypto from Abra, but my balances showed zero! I contacted them and they said they fixed the issue but the balance still showed zero so obviously couldn’t withdraw the funds. They still have the funds and ignore my messages. Avoid at all costs, I thought they were legit but I now believe them to be a scam.

GBDo not use this platform Do not use this platform They have taken all of my funds, in spite of email communication directly with Bill customer service just go in a loop saying to download the App again which is not possible. I suspect we may see legal action if not jail time for Bill in future as a result of unlawful practices I have escalated this to the Financial Authorities in the UK
