Slow and looping answering on client relationship The service offered seems good and is quick...except on client requests... they spend days to understand simple questions ..mainly because differente people treat the same case and you have to explain and re-explain same thing over days. They also requests you info not warned previously for withdrawals.... By the moment it's not a bad platform but need improve to reach Nexo or Youhodler, but doen't seem the classical scam.

You are correct, that was for EXP being delisted. XHV was delisted from our platform in April. We sent out email communications regarding the removal date as well as in-app notifications. Really poor customer service I have participated in their Black Friday CPRX giveaway. Did everything as supposed to, but have not received any rewards. The main issue is that the customer service is not responding whilst this is the second time it has happened. Really not sure whether I should keep my account open with this company... EDIT: After being contacted on this website, the person responded to an incorrect support number and never replied back. It has now been 19 days since the creation of the ticket regarding my issue.
