Excessive fees and unable to withdraw to bank account Excessive fees when changing Eth to USDP. Earning interest but decided to sell my USDP and withdraw to my bank account. No customer service availableWas unable to submit my bank details. So ended up buyin BTC and transfer over to another exchange to then withdraw. All costing more transactions fees. I don't think I will be using again.

Avoid at all costs! I have crypto with Abra, I was told to withdraw the crypto from Abra, but my balances showed zero! I contacted them and they said they fixed the issue but the balance still showed zero so obviously couldn’t withdraw the funds. They still have the funds and ignore my messages. Avoid at all costs, I thought they were legit but I now believe them to be a scam.

Worst app/platform Worst app/platform. Issued cprx token with no solid plan. Cannot exchange some token (Eg. Cprx) from them because they're dependent on external exchange. CS is so bad too. I will never use their crappy services again.

It’s the worse It’s the worse, it’s a bloody scam, I lost all my funds in one go, and Abra said my account was hacked and they have no idea where my funds went and stopped responding to my emails when I asked more questions, they didn’t want to know. Absolutely disgraceful no security no customer service and a complete lack of security on funds. They can’t trace where my funds or give any explanation at all. Totally utterly shocked how I’ve been treated.

This company is still a complete joke!!! Don't EVER use them!!! Ever since I received a follow up from an unknown named person from Ava on 8/26. No updates or anything has been resolved with my account with this company. As this should be a simple fix, they tend to drag and ignore all issues that should already have been fixed a looooong time ago. Again, if you are looking for desired wallet. I would highly recommend staying away as they have no customer service support and don't resolve any issues in a timely basis. So far its been over one year since this issue still hasn't been resolved. Very terrible customer service!
