Stay away Scam. Worst experience with a crypto wallet. They promised a reward upon opening account (in CPRX token), but then they freezed the reward so that now no one can either sell it, convert it or withdraw it. They've been telling lies for months, inventing excuses such as liquidity, customer protection, etc. I do suggest NOT to give them any trust and stay away. Many other serious competitors deliver on promises.

This is one of the worst scams I have ever encountered this companny has the same rating as Enron-filled with scams and thieves,abra has locked me out of withdrawing my bitcoin and will not have a live conversation with me.I am trying to persist and will be in touch with my legal council and the securities and exchange commission. I tried send BtC to my wallet a week ago , still not turned up in my wallet customer service totally useless . They are stealing customers money avoid .

Slow and looping answering on client relationship The service offered seems good and is quick...except on client requests... they spend days to understand simple questions ..mainly because differente people treat the same case and you have to explain and re-explain same thing over days. They also requests you info not warned previously for withdrawals.... By the moment it's not a bad platform but need improve to reach Nexo or Youhodler, but doen't seem the classical scam.

I first contacted Abra customer service… I first contacted Abra customer service on March 2, 2021. After much floof I finally received the following on April 1st: We will escalate this ticket to our engineering team and send an update once we have additional information. It is now April 15th and have had no further response. Might want to pick that up a bit. Looking at alternatives now as I'm losing patience.
