GBNo complaints from an experienced user. I've been an Abra customer since inception. I also own shares, as a part of my commitment to good crypto practice. I understand a lot of people have grievances, but feel this is mostly due to ignorance of the way crypto works and over expectation. I have always been paid interest, never had a transaction refused and found the app easy to manage. I've lost money via scams, but never through Abra. They are still here after a huge downturn in business, unlike a lot of competitors. I'd still be a customer, but the UK financial system is a train wreck when it come to anything but banks, so I have to find somewhere else to earn interest on my assets.

HKIt’s the worse It’s the worse, it’s a bloody scam, I lost all my funds in one go, and Abra said my account was hacked and they have no idea where my funds went and stopped responding to my emails when I asked more questions, they didn’t want to know. Absolutely disgraceful no security no customer service and a complete lack of security on funds. They can’t trace where my funds or give any explanation at all. Totally utterly shocked how I’ve been treated.

GBThey deleted my account because I… They deleted my account because I didn't read their emails. In their haste to prove they were not being used by criminals they deleted anyone's account that didn't verify (via their email request) by a certain date. There is no excuse for what they did. Not being in the country where they do business makes it difficult, but if enough of the victims get together, I'm hoping there will be a class action suit against them.

PHI first contacted Abra customer service… I first contacted Abra customer service on March 2, 2021. After much floof I finally received the following on April 1st: We will escalate this ticket to our engineering team and send an update once we have additional information. It is now April 15th and have had no further response. Might want to pick that up a bit. Looking at alternatives now as I'm losing patience.
