Should be ZERO stars absolutely the… Should be ZERO stars absolutely the worst bank ever! Lies upon lies tell you one thing they do the next. Not very secure at all, trying to still get money back from unauthorized purchases. Joke !! Secured credit absolutely worst credit builder ever guided me poorly. I have been trying to close account that's another joke. HR should be fully responsible for hiring people that have no or little experience with money. I was guided and told wrong information, but that's my fault!! NO I didn't do the hiring.

If you're not aware Sable is closing… If you're not aware Sable is closing and it's no surprise to me. After all the craziness I've experienced with this account and all the hoops I jumped through to have the card unsecured they NEVER did. People complained that they never received their deposits back after requesting the account closed. My account was sitting for about 2 months untouched until I decided what to do. I had more expenses this month due to a move and had to use the card I'm grateful now because if they run off with less than $5 they can HAVE it. I pray people get their money back.

Account restricted a month ago, SCAM! Account restricted a month ago as the majority of others report. No communication, no customer service, no access TO MY OWN MONEY! This is theft. Four weeks later, emails not returned, my money is still frozen and no end in sight. This company is stealing from people, read reviews everywhere. Scam. Theft. Avoid this company like the plague. Again: My account was restricted 4 weeks ago, Sable refuses to communicate, no chat, no emails, cannot EVER speak to a representative and my money is basically stolen. I'm unable to access my own funds! Who does business like this? Sable does as this is an absolute SCAM!

sable has no same day support,if you… sable has no same day support,if you have a question or other reason for calling it will not be addressed by a human at sable for at least a day.i guess you could read the articles they point you to in response to your message for a day or two. the support is mainly automated by design,alot of effort was put into assuring that we wont recieve live help in our time of need.

This company may be in trouble This company may be in trouble or not have the means to meet financial obligations. They have stopped sending out physical cards, they are not allowing credit increases, they have paused graduating to unsecured cards, their chat services are unavailable, and you cannot reach a person by phone. I haven't gotten my statement for last month and this month is half over. I have been waiting for a card for a year. All troubling signs. Nearly all the services and features they advertised are no longer working, not available, or paused. They will only reply with form emails. Disturbing, but more troubling if they are not going out of business, being bought by a bigger bank, because that would me they just stopped servicing accounts for no reason.
