GBEccount Money Closing Down Important information about your Eccount Money Card Dear Cardholder, Following a review of the Eccount Money Prepaid Visa Card, we have made the difficult decision to close the programme. Today, we are officially giving 2 months’ notice to customers who are currently using their prepaid cards, to terminate the programme and the card. Prior to this date you can continue to use your card to spend the remaining funds you hold on your card. We are today providing you 10 working days’ notice, for the avoidance of doubt, 7th April 2022, after which time we will no longer be accepting further funds to your card and functionality within your online account such as viewing your balance will no longer be available. You will continue to be able to view your balance at an ATM. What does this mean? On 24th May 2022 we will be formally closing the Eccount Money Prepaid Visa Card and customers will no longer be able to use their Eccount card.

GBHave been with eccount for about 4… Have been with eccount for about 4 years. Initially a pretty reliable service, but transfers in and out becoming increasingly slow. The last person I spoke to there was incredibly unhelpful. Currently waiting over a week for a payment out to arrive. Their helpline is down due to the pandemic and they don't reply to emails. I will be contacting the Ombudsman.

GBI opened account with them… I opened account with them recently. Never heard in my life that a deposit at Postoffice counter can take 2-3Days to show in the account. Bank and wages transfer to my account can take ages and go missing. They are rubbish company.bad customer service bearly speak english. keep away from. You will lose your money

GBAfter they froze my account still £800… After they froze my account still £800 of my careers allowance went into my account. They did not refund it to HRMC and they can’t send me the money since they didn’t got refund!!! Keep redirecting me to Giblartar company they are also not responding!!! I want my money back!!!

GBeccount money have had my benefit money… eccount money have had my benefit money and on then day it should be in there it wasnt so i called dwp to be told it was sent and should be there.. i emailed customer care 3 times and still had no reply 5 days later it has caused me to not be able to pay rent and get food in for my 9 month old baby and i am now in big trouble if i cant sort it out by wednesday as i have been told to get out if i cant pay rent with a young child how can these people keep doing this and not get shut down
