GBSTILL SCAMMING PEOPLE Scammed me out of £300 and still haven't resolved the problem. If I stole £300 from s Somebody then the Police would be knocking on the door. Why can ECCOUNT do it all the time to everybody with no punishment? Give me my money back; you are a bunch of thieves.

GBeccount money have had my benefit money… eccount money have had my benefit money and on then day it should be in there it wasnt so i called dwp to be told it was sent and should be there.. i emailed customer care 3 times and still had no reply 5 days later it has caused me to not be able to pay rent and get food in for my 9 month old baby and i am now in big trouble if i cant sort it out by wednesday as i have been told to get out if i cant pay rent with a young child how can these people keep doing this and not get shut down

GBEccount money need closing down and… Eccount money need closing down and that's what will happen if my money doesn't go into my girlfriends account today, I have searched the company directors and have addresses for their other business as well as their personal addresses. The service they provide is disgraceful. I have contacted the insolvency service, companies house and I will also be filing an online money claim against this company enabling me to issue a CCJ against the company that will be enforced by bailiffs. TUXEDO MONEY you have until close of play today before I start legal proceedings against your company.

GBI have been with ECCOUNT for about a… I have been with ECCOUNT for about a year, first they say I have to cancel my standing order payments, then I transferred £400 from my main account to my card. On looking at the account online, there was no sign of the £400 anywhere, either still in my main account or on the card. I contacted them by email they said they had trouble with their servers it will appear on your card later. It has still not appeared on my card. I have been locked out of my account I can't login. They say, when I complain, "We don't recognise your email". I don't sign in with an email whats the problem? Is this company a scam? I have now written a complaint to the Financial Service Ombudsman in London, let's see what they say then. I will keep you posted.
