Missing payments to my account!!! From this week I dont receive my wages and benefits, !!!!its only small amount going to my account. Previosly I dont have problem but this week its not only Nothing whit transfer to my account but the thinks that I cant contact whit Customer service, even I send a lot of emails but not answer my message !!!! And what now?!?!?? All money going out??? Even the dont send back this money to the company or HMRC. Please help me to contact whit this ECCOINT MONEY BANK. I need to know what happend.

I am in contact with the financial… I am in contact with the financial ombudsman over these scammers, they have nearly a grand of my money and I sent them new bank details to transfer it to, it has been weeks and they have done NOTHING. I got one pathetic appologetic email, I'm not interested in their bloody investigation, seems to me that they couldn't investigate a dead dog I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!!.

I have been with Eccount for a long… I have been with Eccount for a long time and never had any problems,but whilst on holiday last week when desperately needing a payment that was due in all of a sudden it would not let me log into my account saying "ACCOUNT NOT ACTIVE"? 5 DAYS i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RING THEM HAS COST ME A FORTUNE JUST RINGS AND RINGS, emailed no reply I am so disappointed !

Missing payment So I have an account and am paid my CB monthly and it was due in on Tuesday. It still isn’t in!!! Cannot speak to an actual person so email sent, no response!!! Contacted CB it was sent on the 15th by them!!! When you are expecting your money where is it!!!!
