STILL SCAMMING PEOPLE Scammed me out of £300 and still haven't resolved the problem. If I stole £300 from s Somebody then the Police would be knocking on the door. Why can ECCOUNT do it all the time to everybody with no punishment? Give me my money back; you are a bunch of thieves.

I have had several issues with them in… I have had several issues with them in the past despite having been with them for several years now. I am still waiting for my wages which should have been paid in a week ago and yet no response from them whatsoever. Terrible customer service, you can no longer get through to them via phone despite dialing all the options on the operator and even waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes. I emailed them two days ago and yesterday again and still no reply...this is awful. For someone who pays a handling fee every month what am I getting in return? No mobile banking, no immediate transfers and no customer service!

I opened account with them… I opened account with them recently. Never heard in my life that a deposit at Postoffice counter can take 2-3Days to show in the account. Bank and wages transfer to my account can take ages and go missing. They are rubbish company.bad customer service bearly speak english. keep away from. You will lose your money
