Missing payments to my account!!! From this week I dont receive my wages and benefits, !!!!its only small amount going to my account. Previosly I dont have problem but this week its not only Nothing whit transfer to my account but the thinks that I cant contact whit Customer service, even I send a lot of emails but not answer my message !!!! And what now?!?!?? All money going out??? Even the dont send back this money to the company or HMRC. Please help me to contact whit this ECCOINT MONEY BANK. I need to know what happend.

The service they provide is disgraceful. I have contacted the insolvency service, companies house and I will also be filing an online money claim against this company enabling me to issue a CCJ against the company that will be enforced by bailiffs. eccount money have had my benefit money… eccount money have had my benefit money and on then day it should be in there it wasnt so i called dwp to be told it was sent and should be there.. i emailed customer care 3 times and still had no reply 5 days later it has caused me to not be able to pay rent and get food in for my 9 month old baby and i am now in big trouble if i cant sort it out by wednesday as i have been told to get out if i cant pay rent with a young child how can these people keep doing this and not get shut down
