GBdon't lost any $ with them.I bought… don't lost any $ with them.I bought USDC , I paid $40 after fee I got 36.23 in USDC crypto.I tried to send that USDC to someone's wallet but bitpay app indicated there is no enough balance in EHT (etherium ) wallet to cover transaction expense,I discovered I need to swap crypto from USDC wallet to EHT wallet.I attempted to swap but app said I need to swap at least 95.92 USDC so my USDC balance of 36.22 in wallet was not enough.I won't pour any more real single dollar to this shady app because there is no way you can see any notice anywhere in app about you have to have swap money from USDC wallet to ETH wallet and it should be at least amount of 95.22 so I can't use my balance of 36.22 USDC .no refund, nothing,I should put more money to this shady app to retrieve 36.22 in hope ,they are thieve

GBUse only if ready to loose all your Cryptocurrency. Avoid at all cost! First: Stay away from any company like BitPay that does not have a customer service phone line. They spend more energy hiding behind crafted emails rather than helping you solve any issue. They spend days crafting texts & lines to avoid your issue & cover their backs. Second: Their customer service was so unhelpful & unsympathetic, responding with generic FAQ responses instead of actual help to the issue. After insisting, they bluntly told me I've basically lost my money. It was very easy to download tha app, open an account and fund it. Story changes when you wish to use your money. I tried to send some crypto to pay for a service, and got stuck where I was being asked for an encrypted password. I used my account password which did not work. I was told that I needed a 12-word recovery phrase to find my encrypted password. I trolled through my account email and couldn't find a single email from BitPay mentioning '12-word recovery phrase' or 'encrypted password'. Sent an email to their customer service, only to get generic FAQ responses for many days. After insisting and pushing back, I finally got told blatantly that if I can't remember my password, I would loose any money I have in the account. Getting fed up, I asked to close the account and recover my fund. I got told they can close the account but I won't recover any fund I have in it. Morale of my experience; there is absolutely no way to access your money if you forget your password or don't have the 12-word recovery phrase. In my case, my account password won't work and I don't recollect ever creating another 'encrypted password' or being given any 12-word recovery phrase. What's worse, there is no email in my inbox about either of these. If perhaps there is a glitch where new passwords are needed, these guys will gladly tell you to forget about any fund in your account even if it's worth a million pound. No doubt, someone at the top, is getting really fat off of all these. Avoid BitPay at all cost for your peace of mind. I won't be surprised if it goes belly-up in the not too distant future.

PTBitPay is a scam. I have no doubt I used BitPay as a payment method for a service used on my website, however they sent the money to another ETH wallet and not the ETH wallet I had set up. Result; I lost my money After many emails exchanged where they always reply that they detected the problem and are analyzing it, today I receive an email informing that the ticket has been closed. Stay away from this service. Thieves!
