What's funny - refund fee was more than twice as large as fee from my exchange. So I paid 0.0005 BTC fee for 1st transaction, then for refund I paid 0.0011 BTC and another 0.0005 BTC for another transaction to fix my mistake. Instead it could be 2 x 0.005 BTC transactions.

PTBitPay is a scam. I have no doubt I used BitPay as a payment method for a service used on my website, however they sent the money to another ETH wallet and not the ETH wallet I had set up. Result; I lost my money After many emails exchanged where they always reply that they detected the problem and are analyzing it, today I receive an email informing that the ticket has been closed. Some other legal parts make Bitpay directly responsible for compensation. I have to start a legal case against the company the BBB and other entities and asking other customers to join.
