GBCouldn't use BitPay with MetaMask or TrustWallet i have both MetaMask and TrustWallets but BitPay couldn't connect with MetaMask although it's listed as one of the compatible wallets. when i tried to scan the QR code with my mobile Metamask wallet, it says their QR code is invalid address. so i tried my TrustWallet which had sufficient DAI, one of their listed cryptos, but it connected with my wallet but said there were no funds. i've wasted about two hours trying to hack their obstacle course and have now given up.

SGA scam that can steal your crypto This a scam company. Just sent a small amount of crypto I had to some business that accepts crypto. It was less than $10. They showed xxx amount needs to be transferred. On transfering the amount they tell you it is not enough and will say "Underpayment". They will tell you will get a refund. To get that refund you need to sign up and login to claim. But when you do that, they don't allow you to sign up without providing all your ID, photos, and other details. This is a scam operation to siphon off your data by pretending the transfer didn't work or you need a refund. Do not use it for any payment.

PTBitPay is a scam. I have no doubt I used BitPay as a payment method for a service used on my website, however they sent the money to another ETH wallet and not the ETH wallet I had set up. Result; I lost my money After many emails exchanged where they always reply that they detected the problem and are analyzing it, today I receive an email informing that the ticket has been closed. Stay away from this service. Thieves!

LVWhen you underpay your transaction When you underpay your transaction, for example due to exchange fees, Bitpay will offer only refund not another transaction to cover remaining amount. What's funny - refund fee was more than twice as large as fee from my exchange. So I paid 0.0005 BTC fee for 1st transaction, then for refund I paid 0.0011 BTC and another 0.0005 BTC for another transaction to fix my mistake. Instead it could be 2 x 0.005 BTC transactions.
