BitPay is a scam. I have no doubt I used BitPay as a payment method for a service used on my website, however they sent the money to another ETH wallet and not the ETH wallet I had set up. Result; I lost my money After many emails exchanged where they always reply that they detected the problem and are analyzing it, today I receive an email informing that the ticket has been closed. Stay away from this service. Thieves!

BitPay Merchant under review for ages + Zero response I don't like to leave bad reviews but this company is begging for 1 star negative reviews. I submitted my documents for BitPay merchant account back in May and was advised someone will get back to me. I sent an email on 22 May 2023 and 20 June 2023 asking for an update but got no response on both attempts. Just seen the numerous poor reviews and am glad my account is still under review as I don't care about it anymore. Such a wasteful company that shouldn't be in business. Non responsive customer support, a review period that feels like eternity. A GOLD recipe for disaster.

I wish I’d have read reviews before… I wish I’d have read reviews before purchasing via Bitpay. First time was simple and successful. My recent transaction the total opposite. My transaction was confirmed by Ramp and Bitpay are no longer responding to emails. They had promised to do a review within 36 hours and kept asking for ID they had already had. When you tell them this they start ignoring your emails. It is so frustrating I have lost money I cannot afford to lose. DO NOT USE BITPAY.

Bitpay is simply the worst Bitpay is simply the worst. I used them to receive small payments over the past several months and wondered why I never received a payout. Their response? You must accumulate at least .01 Bitcoin (around $420 in value at current rates) before they will release your funds. Until you achieve that balance level, they hold your money hostage. There are MANY other crypto payment processors available who don't resort to this scam tactic. Don't waste your time with Bitpay.
