GBI wish I’d have read reviews before… I wish I’d have read reviews before purchasing via Bitpay. First time was simple and successful. My recent transaction the total opposite. My transaction was confirmed by Ramp and Bitpay are no longer responding to emails. They had promised to do a review within 36 hours and kept asking for ID they had already had. When you tell them this they start ignoring your emails. It is so frustrating I have lost money I cannot afford to lose. DO NOT USE BITPAY.

SGA scam that can steal your crypto This a scam company. Just sent a small amount of crypto I had to some business that accepts crypto. It was less than $10. They showed xxx amount needs to be transferred. On transfering the amount they tell you it is not enough and will say "Underpayment". They will tell you will get a refund. To get that refund you need to sign up and login to claim. But when you do that, they don't allow you to sign up without providing all your ID, photos, and other details. This is a scam operation to siphon off your data by pretending the transfer didn't work or you need a refund. Do not use it for any payment.

NLBe careful, it is a scam Be careful, bitpay is a scam! I bought €50 in Bitcoin, I only received €33 in bitcoin. And I can't even use them, because aren't even enough to pay the commissions for make 1€ payment. I tried to send 1 euro to the wallet of my friend, and bitpay app says that there are not enough funds to carry out the operation. They practically stole everything. Customer service says it is not their fault Thank goodness that I had tried with a small amount just to try. Be careful, they are thieves. Real criminals.

PLThey used to be good service... They used to be good service for Bitcoin payments when merchants wanted accept bitcoin payments but not take Bitcoin to their posession. Now they are lagging behind technology and instead of upgrading, now they are putting costs on customers. They take some verry strange network fee (absurdly high), and not support SegWit. They take payments to adresses like 1K2F2SXb**** (legacy address format). They also reuse adresses (LOL).
