It is a simple and secure way to process payments in cryptocurrencies. To use BitPay, a business first needs to sign up for a BitPay account. They can then integrate the BitPay payment processing service into their website or application with no-code installations, in addition to accepting in-person payments or email invoicing. When a customer wants to make a payment in cryptocurrency, they can do so by clicking on the BitPay payment button in the merchant's checkout flow. An invoice is generated from which the customer pays with their preferred cryptocurrency and wallet. BitPay supports payments from over 100 of the most popular crypto wallets. Once the payment is made, BitPay will process the transaction and convert the cryptocurrency into the merchant's local currency. The funds will then be deposited directly into the merchant's bank account. BitPay also offers tools for managing and tracking payments, as well as invoicing and billing services. In addition to crypto payment processing for businesses, BitPay offers an array of personal crypto solutions to easily buy, store, swap and spend cryptocurrency. don't lost any $ with them.I bought… don't lost any $ with them.I bought USDC , I paid $40 after fee I got 36.23 in USDC crypto.I tried to send that USDC to someone's wallet but bitpay app indicated there is no enough balance in EHT (etherium ) wallet to cover transaction expense,I discovered I need to swap crypto from USDC wallet to EHT wallet.I attempted to swap but app said I need to swap at least 95.92 USDC so my USDC balance of 36.22 in wallet was not enough.I won't pour any more real single dollar to this shady app because there is no way you can see any notice anywhere in app about you have to have swap money from USDC wallet to ETH wallet and it should be at least amount of 95.22 so I can't use my balance of 36.22 USDC .no refund, nothing,I should put more money to this shady app to retrieve 36.22 in hope ,they are thieve

BitPay Merchant under review for ages + Zero response I don't like to leave bad reviews but this company is begging for 1 star negative reviews. I submitted my documents for BitPay merchant account back in May and was advised someone will get back to me. I sent an email on 22 May 2023 and 20 June 2023 asking for an update but got no response on both attempts. Just seen the numerous poor reviews and am glad my account is still under review as I don't care about it anymore. Such a wasteful company that shouldn't be in business. Non responsive customer support, a review period that feels like eternity. A GOLD recipe for disaster.

A company that will lock you out of your own money 2nd day of July 2020 Another company that fails when it really counts. A "prepaid" service that will charge you inactivity fees on your own money?!? When prompted to obtain a new card, somehow the incompetence comes out or maybe it's screw the customer because of corvid lockdown? Total financial loss: $600.00
