Absolutely no customer support whatsoever - all support tickets are ignored. Useless Acadianblue is just the only company I can recommend for any investor to make use of right now . If you haven't paid any money to them, thank your God and run. These guys are scammers.Virtually all the reviews here are coming from the scamming team or those who already purchased an account with them waiting for the next level, they hoodwink them to write a positive review yet they don't fund any account.

Extremely bad service Extremely bad service, been 5 days now since withdrawal request and nothing has been sent, All they have done is post a fake transaction ID. I have sent multiple requests and support emails to try and get this resolved but have not got any reasonable response from them yet. Be aware, suspect Poloniex may be about to Exit Scam everyone. DO NOT SEND ANY COINS THERE UNTIL THEY RESOLVE THIS!!!
