DO NOT USE POLONIEX ITS A SCAM They’ll let you deposit no problem and charge fees for trading but you’ll never be able to get your money back. Been trying to move some coins to another platform for weeks and they review each transaction then block it. Reason for block ( unfamiliar IP address or unrecognised wallet or similar). Support tool is a joke, takes you round in circles until you give up. Place your investments elsewhere.

Extremely bad service Extremely bad service, been 5 days now since withdrawal request and nothing has been sent, All they have done is post a fake transaction ID. I have sent multiple requests and support emails to try and get this resolved but have not got any reasonable response from them yet. Be aware, suspect Poloniex may be about to Exit Scam everyone. Absolutely no customer support whatsoever - all support tickets are ignored. This exchange is owned by Circle.com - look them up on TrustPilot - their reviews are the same, stealing money, demanding ID, blackmail, scam, etc, etc. Poloniex & Circle are a SCAM!!!! Limit sell orders were not executed and… Limit sell orders were not executed and market sell orders were held for a moment followed by a red wick and at the bottom of the wick my order was sold 8% lower.

Definitely scammers Definitely scammers. Happy to accept deposits, but if you want to withdrawal, you have to full KYC despite their website saying only email for under 10k per day. No doubt if you do KYC, they won't give you your money, and will just sell your data anyway. Lesson learnt and money lost.
