Absolutely no customer support whatsoever - all support tickets are ignored. They made a mistake, but support corrected it in an acceptable timeframe I give Poloniex 3 stars, because my experience was mixed and not ideal, but support resolved the issue acceptably quickly. I transferred cryptos to the site several times without problems but the last time the transfer just vanished from my history, although the tokens did arrive based on the blockchain records. This shocked me and I immediately thought of a scam. I contacted the support and they responded after a few hours and told me, that the will forward this information to the technical department. After not hearing from them for 3 days I contacted the support again and they assured me that they are processing my request. Two days later the deposit arrived. So it took 5 days to resolve the issue, which is acceptable for me, but the errors on the website should be resolved in the future to avoid such errors.
