They're holding my funds hostage Back before Poloniex implemented KYC, they allowed people to deposit as many coins as they wanted. Then, without warning, they implemented KYC and are refusing to allow people to withdraw funds until we give our SSN and a picture of our passport etc. They have already been hacked before and they have a BBB rating of an F so there is no reason to trust them with this much sensitive data. Protect yourself and STAY AWAY.

Absolutely no customer support whatsoever - all support tickets are ignored. This exchange is owned by Circle.com - look them up on TrustPilot - their reviews are the same, stealing money, demanding ID, blackmail, scam, etc, etc. Poloniex & Circle are a SCAM!!!! SCAM ALERT. Avoid at all costs. Stole money from customers in 2019 when their technical incompetency lost them 1800 BTC. They called the theft "socialized losses". Most victims of the theft have not been reimbursed in 2022 still, 3 years later, even though the exchange is still running and in business. Customer service is being useless and dodging questions. Poloniex obviously doesn't plan on doing anything. There are many other exchanges out there. Avoid like the plague.

Useless Acadianblue is just the only company I can recommend for any investor to make use of right now . If you haven't paid any money to them, thank your God and run. These guys are scammers.Virtually all the reviews here are coming from the scamming team or those who already purchased an account with them waiting for the next level, they hoodwink them to write a positive review yet they don't fund any account.
