wish you the best Poloniex Poloniex was better in 2021 than now but they let me withdraw my funds so I'll give 3 stars for the great history we've had. the downside was selling 40% lower price coz they blocked withdrawal of the alt coins I had, begun after the hack. I still like their interface, but now very little trading is happening.... wish you the best Poloniex!

Extremely bad service Extremely bad service, been 5 days now since withdrawal request and nothing has been sent, All they have done is post a fake transaction ID. I have sent multiple requests and support emails to try and get this resolved but have not got any reasonable response from them yet. Be aware, suspect Poloniex may be about to Exit Scam everyone. DO NOT SEND ANY COINS THERE UNTIL THEY RESOLVE THIS!!!

The difference is clear Ęãsybėęė allows almost all type of crypto currency’s. Making it super easy for anyone to Invs. And so far I have gotten some pretty decent returns. What I like about them the most is their customer service. I was hoping to see something similar here but unfortunately I didn’t

They're holding my funds hostage Back before Poloniex implemented KYC, they allowed people to deposit as many coins as they wanted. Then, without warning, they implemented KYC and are refusing to allow people to withdraw funds until we give our SSN and a picture of our passport etc. They have already been hacked before and they have a BBB rating of an F so there is no reason to trust them with this much sensitive data. Protect yourself and STAY AWAY.

Absolutely no customer support whatsoever - all support tickets are ignored. This exchange is owned by Circle.com - look them up on TrustPilot - their reviews are the same, stealing money, demanding ID, blackmail, scam, etc, etc. Poloniex & Circle are a SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
