SCAM ALERT. Avoid at all costs. Stole money from customers in 2019 when their technical incompetency lost them 1800 BTC. They called the theft "socialized losses". Most victims of the theft have not been reimbursed in 2022 still, 3 years later, even though the exchange is still running and in business. Customer service is being useless and dodging questions. Poloniex obviously doesn't plan on doing anything. There are many other exchanges out there. Avoid like the plague.

Definitely scammers Definitely scammers. Happy to accept deposits, but if you want to withdrawal, you have to full KYC despite their website saying only email for under 10k per day. No doubt if you do KYC, they won't give you your money, and will just sell your data anyway. Lesson learnt and money lost.

They made a mistake, but support corrected it in an acceptable timeframe I give Poloniex 3 stars, because my experience was mixed and not ideal, but support resolved the issue acceptably quickly. I transferred cryptos to the site several times without problems but the last time the transfer just vanished from my history, although the tokens did arrive based on the blockchain records. This shocked me and I immediately thought of a scam. I contacted the support and they responded after a few hours and told me, that the will forward this information to the technical department. After not hearing from them for 3 days I contacted the support again and they assured me that they are processing my request. Two days later the deposit arrived. So it took 5 days to resolve the issue, which is acceptable for me, but the errors on the website should be resolved in the future to avoid such errors.

They stole my 242,149,770 Shibu inu and 49,725,497,58 Satima token. Now I request other users please withdrawal your all currencies from Poloniex, otherwise you will be cheated soon.

DO NOT USE POLONIEX ITS A SCAM They’ll let you deposit no problem and charge fees for trading but you’ll never be able to get your money back. Been trying to move some coins to another platform for weeks and they review each transaction then block it. Reason for block ( unfamiliar IP address or unrecognised wallet or similar). Support tool is a joke, takes you round in circles until you give up. Place your investments elsewhere.
