Deposited 5K worth of Ethereum Deposited 5K worth of Ethereum, was pending, then it disappeared from the transactions tab and the chat is telling me last few days to await email, I checked trustpilot too late, but I will make a blog about this exchange and rank it on google, I will try to get a US lawyer and sue these mofo's. And I already started sharing this in private groups full of investors, SCAM exchange, stay away and don't get scammed like me. They transferred my money to one of the Poloniex's wallets, yet I'm still not given my funds.

SCAM ALERT. Avoid at all costs. Stole money from customers in 2019 when their technical incompetency lost them 1800 BTC. They called the theft "socialized losses". Most victims of the theft have not been reimbursed in 2022 still, 3 years later, even though the exchange is still running and in business. Customer service is being useless and dodging questions. Poloniex obviously doesn't plan on doing anything. There are many other exchanges out there. Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely no customer support whatsoever - all support tickets are ignored. This exchange is owned by Circle.com - look them up on TrustPilot - their reviews are the same, stealing money, demanding ID, blackmail, scam, etc, etc. Poloniex & Circle are a SCAM!!!! wish you the best Poloniex Poloniex was better in 2021 than now but they let me withdraw my funds so I'll give 3 stars for the great history we've had. the downside was selling 40% lower price coz they blocked withdrawal of the alt coins I had, begun after the hack. I still like their interface, but now very little trading is happening.... wish you the best Poloniex!

They're holding my funds hostage Back before Poloniex implemented KYC, they allowed people to deposit as many coins as they wanted. Then, without warning, they implemented KYC and are refusing to allow people to withdraw funds until we give our SSN and a picture of our passport etc. They have already been hacked before and they have a BBB rating of an F so there is no reason to trust them with this much sensitive data. Protect yourself and STAY AWAY.
