A debt management program consolidates all your credit card bills into one, lower monthly payment at a reduced interest rate. You can be debt free in 3-5 years." As a customer, I can agree with the statement on their website 100%! Watching my debt go down faster than I could have ever done on my own takes a huge burden off and I feel like I can breathe. People go into debt for various reasons and InCharge is there to help! They also have educational financial material and tools that are very helpful. Also, the staff/agents I have talked to so far seemed like they really truly WANTED to help. Overall, great experience and I recommend.

Working in the school systems of New York City my $20,000 contract which I filled would take nine months to be paid. I turn to Incharge and they have been wonderful! I have been able to get back on track, survive the economic craziness of the Covid impact on my finances, and I am halfway two completely paying off my credit card debt. The progress I was a little skeptical about it at the beginning. I did want to stop the phone calls creditors and start fresh I did give In charge a chance and so far I do not have any problem their very easy to deal with as soon you complete the part of the deal and make your payment each month they do the rest Thank you In charge

Good Service Could Be Better InCharge provides a good service but I wish more of the specifics had been explained, such as the fact all the accounts would be canceled. This is very detrimental to a credit rating helped by years of credit history. I also feel the negotiated interest rates are too high. Most companies offer a 0% or very low interest rate if the full amount is going to be paid off & the account canceled. InCharge should be a better advocate for their clients & secure lower interest rates to make payoff quicker & easier.
