Dr. Jones was there for me mentally and emotionally during the month of August 2023 when in the time span of 1 month I lost my mom due to pancreatic cancer. Help Needed The experience I've have with In Charge Debt Solution is that they spoke with the creditors about my accounts and negotiated a reasonable payment per month that I could afford.

I have been able to pay down credit… I have been able to pay down credit card debt and not worry about it. The payment was affordable. When I had an issue with a creditor who "disappeared", they took them off the plan with no issues.

Good Service Could Be Better InCharge provides a good service but I wish more of the specifics had been explained, such as the fact all the accounts would be canceled. This is very detrimental to a credit rating helped by years of credit history. I also feel the negotiated interest rates are too high. Most companies offer a 0% or very low interest rate if the full amount is going to be paid off & the account canceled. InCharge should be a better advocate for their clients & secure lower interest rates to make payoff quicker & easier.
