Good Service Could Be Better InCharge provides a good service but I wish more of the specifics had been explained, such as the fact all the accounts would be canceled. This is very detrimental to a credit rating helped by years of credit history. I also feel the negotiated interest rates are too high. Most companies offer a 0% or very low interest rate if the full amount is going to be paid off & the account canceled. InCharge should be a better advocate for their clients & secure lower interest rates to make payoff quicker & easier.

$200k in CC debt gone over 4 years We just finished paying off about $200,000 of credit card debt in just over 4 years. They made it really easy to set everything up, the negotiated interest rate across all creditors was way better than when I tried to negotiate myself, and everything was easy. My only wish is the online system could be a little more modern, but their US based customer service agents are great and respond quickly. Would recommend them to anyone trying to avoid bankruptcy and shedding their credit card debt.
