Good Service Could Be Better InCharge provides a good service but I wish more of the specifics had been explained, such as the fact all the accounts would be canceled. This is very detrimental to a credit rating helped by years of credit history. I also feel the negotiated interest rates are too high. Most companies offer a 0% or very low interest rate if the full amount is going to be paid off & the account canceled. InCharge should be a better advocate for their clients & secure lower interest rates to make payoff quicker & easier.

Truly a Great Company and Great Help This company does something truly remarkable they don’t push you another credit card to shove all your debt on to, they put it all on under their belt onto their backs and negotiate better interest and minimum payments so you can pay off a debt.
