Dr. Jones was there for me mentally and emotionally during the month of August 2023 when in the time span of 1 month I lost my mom due to pancreatic cancer. USIn 2020 at the beginning of Covid my… In 2020 at the beginning of Covid my income in my industry collapsed. Working in the school systems of New York City my $20,000 contract which I filled would take nine months to be paid. I turn to Incharge and they have been wonderful! I have been able to get back on track, survive the economic craziness of the Covid impact on my finances, and I am halfway two completely paying off my credit card debt. USGood Service Could Be Better InCharge provides a good service but I wish more of the specifics had been explained, such as the fact all the accounts would be canceled. This is very detrimental to a credit rating helped by years of credit history. I also feel the negotiated interest rates are too high. Most companies offer a 0% or very low interest rate if the full amount is going to be paid off & the account canceled. InCharge should be a better advocate for their clients & secure lower interest rates to make payoff quicker & easier.

USHassle free customer service Hassle free customer service! Completely satisfied with how my representative handled and explained everything. I get an email every month when funds have been posted to my accounts and the online portal lets me view interest and balances. I am so relieved to only have 1 payment to worry about while keeping my credit scores up.
