Help Needed The experience I've have with In Charge Debt Solution is that they spoke with the creditors about my accounts and negotiated a reasonable payment per month that I could afford.

Good Service Could Be Better InCharge provides a good service but I wish more of the specifics had been explained, such as the fact all the accounts would be canceled. This is very detrimental to a credit rating helped by years of credit history. I also feel the negotiated interest rates are too high. Most companies offer a 0% or very low interest rate if the full amount is going to be paid off & the account canceled. InCharge should be a better advocate for their clients & secure lower interest rates to make payoff quicker & easier.

Working in the school systems of New York City my $20,000 contract which I filled would take nine months to be paid. I turn to Incharge and they have been wonderful! I have been able to get back on track, survive the economic craziness of the Covid impact on my finances, and I am halfway two completely paying off my credit card debt.
