It did say also, my payment wasn't up to date. I tried to pay and update my account. That wouldn't go through either. (My purse was stolen and I had to get new credit card numbers.)

Clarification I love tracking my score, but not being able to find out why my score drops when i charge or open new credit is frustrating. better explanation of terms would be nice.

So many things Experian does to help the consumer I didn't realize all the services that Experian had! I have cancelled TV channels like HULU and PEACOCK etc. Of course all the credit reports they have are very enlightening, interesting, and IMPORTANT. Just so much safety at a very reasonable price!

They should be taken more seriously by… They should be taken more seriously by their boost and see if you link then you've been paying your bills way past 3 months. Just add it and not oh wait 3 months credit karma doesn't even add them or most cause of boosting it seems good place need employees who listen and know how to fix disputes properly not just say oh ok and mess up and you have to reverse it. its a good system still
