GBLove the Credit Lock I appreciate having the option to lock my credit to avoid unnecessary credit access. The process is very simple. When I need to unlock it, I do to allow the credit check to be completed. Then, I lock it again.

GBLiving cost is too high What I really like about the Experian is the different opinions but what I'm disappointed is why are we being based on how we do on payments, when rent and food ect....is getting more expensive. Raise our wages because it don't match our daily living. I try my best to stay on top of all my bills but greediness on housing rent owner's renting is SO high not comparable to our wages.

GBData Removal from Phishing Sites I got into using Experian due to my data being exposed. Experian has a feature that checks to see if your data is exposed and Experian works with those entities to remove my data from their system. They have removed my data from many different phishing sites already and they still have more to go. I am grateful for this feature because I have noticed that I am getting less robot calls lately. Thank goodness I decided to get a membership with Experian.

GBI haven't been able to talk to a human… I haven't been able to talk to a human being in customer service since December 2023 to correct my mixed file. Their Automation is probably the worst I've ever encountered and no amount of time spent has led to anything promising. If I could write more letters to get somewhere I would. Hands down, the worst company to call.. ever.

GBRun around. Beware The lock likely works fine. However when I tried to unlock and remove obstacles so I could apply for a credit card, I got denied because the employee didn't remove everything. They told me to call back in 24 hrs to have my credit checked without another " hit". When i called back that employee told me I had to reapply. So I did. This time got denied for 2 applications within a few days plus apparently my new address wasnt in their system ( even tho it is with TransUnion and Equifax). I probably spoke with 25 different Experian people over 3 or 4 days. Never got resolution and wirh 2 hits to my credit, my score dropped 40 points!!! I have submitted a written letter to the dispute dept. At this point I fo not know what I need to do to be able to get a credit card....when I started this process a month ago my credit score was over 800.......and I can't even get a ##$$@#!! Credit card. Frustrated beyond belief!
