You freeze people's money and it's… You freeze people's money and it's because your website was having issues. Your account sucks it takes 3 days to even transfer money to other accounts! By far the worst banking and customer service I have ever dealt with.

So many things Experian does to help the consumer I didn't realize all the services that Experian had! I have cancelled TV channels like HULU and PEACOCK etc. Of course all the credit reports they have are very enlightening, interesting, and IMPORTANT. Just so much safety at a very reasonable price!

Run around. Beware The lock likely works fine. However when I tried to unlock and remove obstacles so I could apply for a credit card, I got denied because the employee didn't remove everything. They told me to call back in 24 hrs to have my credit checked without another " hit". When i called back that employee told me I had to reapply. So I did. This time got denied for 2 applications within a few days plus apparently my new address wasnt in their system ( even tho it is with TransUnion and Equifax). I probably spoke with 25 different Experian people over 3 or 4 days. Never got resolution and wirh 2 hits to my credit, my score dropped 40 points!!! I have submitted a written letter to the dispute dept. At this point I fo not know what I need to do to be able to get a credit card....when I started this process a month ago my credit score was over 800.......and I can't even get a ##$$@#!! Credit card. Frustrated beyond belief!

Clarification I love tracking my score, but not being able to find out why my score drops when i charge or open new credit is frustrating. better explanation of terms would be nice.
