USHave always had excellent service The site is instructive and easy to navigate. If you need further details you may dive in and get the full story on your credit. I only used their customer service line once, and it was a breeze. The issue was resolved immediately!

USI have had an account with Experian for… I have had an account with Experian for a couple of years now. I find the app easy to navigate through.I love the fact that not only do I get alerts, but the ease of locking and unlocking my credit like unlocking to apply for a credit card or loan and with the touch of a button my credit file is safely locked avoiding any fraud or criminals trying to get an account in my name and it is a safe,relaxing feeling and peace of mind you can't beat

USLove the Credit Lock I appreciate having the option to lock my credit to avoid unnecessary credit access. The process is very simple. When I need to unlock it, I do to allow the credit check to be completed. Then, I lock it again.

USThe Freeze With all the data breaches happening more and more to companies, Federal government, medical,state,cities and local data are always at risk. I received an alert from a company that my Social Security number, my name, my phone number, passwords, and address were on the dark web do to a breach at the company. This is the fifth time my information has been stolen from different companies. Experian made it easy to lock my credit up tight. It is also very easy to unlock the files.

USI'm going to tell you the truth I don't… I'm going to tell you the truth I don't know if you good or not half the time id pay much attention to it id understand some of it so I'm just paying for it not knowing bout it id check my credit score cause I'm 72 yrs old don't really care to much bout it.
