GBI haven't been able to talk to a human… I haven't been able to talk to a human being in customer service since December 2023 to correct my mixed file. Their Automation is probably the worst I've ever encountered and no amount of time spent has led to anything promising. If I could write more letters to get somewhere I would. Hands down, the worst company to call.. ever.

GBMy experience with Experian is great My experience with Experian is great, they have looked out and resolved any issues I have had with no hassle. Their customer service is always polite and courteous..also they are always looking out for me.

GBData Removal from Phishing Sites I got into using Experian due to my data being exposed. Experian has a feature that checks to see if your data is exposed and Experian works with those entities to remove my data from their system. They have removed my data from many different phishing sites already and they still have more to go. I am grateful for this feature because I have noticed that I am getting less robot calls lately. Thank goodness I decided to get a membership with Experian.

GBSo many things Experian does to help the consumer I didn't realize all the services that Experian had! I have cancelled TV channels like HULU and PEACOCK etc. Of course all the credit reports they have are very enlightening, interesting, and IMPORTANT. Just so much safety at a very reasonable price!

GBI needed to boost my FICO scores I need to boost my FICO scores. Their advice to use obtain utilize credit card opportunities worked. I had fallen below six hundred due to an unexpected debt. But gained it back in a few weeks by taking advantage of obtaining credit card opportunities.
