Thankful for Derek Freeze! Early this morning I called to change my payment method and talked to Derek Freeze. He was very helpful in making my change and made me an offer to pay in full my outstanding balance less some money I owe. I was so very thankful I was able to do this at this time and glad Derek was helpful and I was able to get this outstanding balance taken care of!
