She has a great personality and made me feel as if I had known her, per our conversation! Great attitude, very efficient and detail oriented! Give her a raise her and that baby girl deserves it!

Jermaine was kind during the call from… Jermaine was kind during the call from start to finish. His demeaor made me want to get this taken care of as quickly as possible. In comparison to another company, who has tried collecting on two medical bills, their rep had a demeaning tone and very disrespectful. I have had a medical ordeal and losing my job that placed me in this predicament. jermaine treated me with humanity and that's all I would expect. I owe the bill and I wanted tot ake care of it, but Jermaine's handling of the call made me want to do it as soon as possible.
