In comparison to another company, who has tried collecting on two medical bills, their rep had a demeaning tone and very disrespectful. I have had a medical ordeal and losing my job that placed me in this predicament. jermaine treated me with humanity and that's all I would expect. I owe the bill and I wanted tot ake care of it, but Jermaine's handling of the call made me want to do it as soon as possible.

GBThe Difference Respect Makes I am in financial difficulty and am generally avoiding bill collectors out of fear. Derek talked to me like a human with worth in everything he said, and it motivated me to not only talk to him but to set up a payment arrangement on an old bill. This bill jumped to the top of the list of what I'm taking care of simply because of the respect Derek showed me on the call which made me want to work with him even though it will be very difficult financially.
