Very comforting experience I was concerned when I started reading some reviews from other people. My experience was pleasant and Bill was very polite and courteous. He seemed very concerned about my situation and came up with a final settlement amount so I could pay this off and put it behind me. We agreed on a lump sum payment and now I can just move forward and focus on my health without the stress of owing.

The Difference Respect Makes I am in financial difficulty and am generally avoiding bill collectors out of fear. Derek talked to me like a human with worth in everything he said, and it motivated me to not only talk to him but to set up a payment arrangement on an old bill. This bill jumped to the top of the list of what I'm taking care of simply because of the respect Derek showed me on the call which made me want to work with him even though it will be very difficult financially.
