He was very helpful in making my change and made me an offer to pay in full my outstanding balance less some money I owe. USThe Difference Respect Makes I am in financial difficulty and am generally avoiding bill collectors out of fear. Derek talked to me like a human with worth in everything he said, and it motivated me to not only talk to him but to set up a payment arrangement on an old bill. This bill jumped to the top of the list of what I'm taking care of simply because of the respect Derek showed me on the call which made me want to work with him even though it will be very difficult financially.
