GBThe Difference Respect Makes I am in financial difficulty and am generally avoiding bill collectors out of fear. Derek talked to me like a human with worth in everything he said, and it motivated me to not only talk to him but to set up a payment arrangement on an old bill. This bill jumped to the top of the list of what I'm taking care of simply because of the respect Derek showed me on the call which made me want to work with him even though it will be very difficult financially. This is the way bill collection SHOULD be done. Thank you!

GBKindness and Respect is Appreciated The Account Representative, Tim was kind, courteous and helpful. He spoke with confidence yet treated me respectfully. This has not been my experience in the past with debt collectors. It was very nice to be spoken to with dignity.

GBThankful for Derek Freeze! Early this morning I called to change my payment method and talked to Derek Freeze. He was very helpful in making my change and made me an offer to pay in full my outstanding balance less some money I owe. I was so very thankful I was able to do this at this time and glad Derek was helpful and I was able to get this outstanding balance taken care of!

GBJermaine was kind during the call from… Jermaine was kind during the call from start to finish. His demeaor made me want to get this taken care of as quickly as possible. In comparison to another company, who has tried collecting on two medical bills, their rep had a demeaning tone and very disrespectful. I have had a medical ordeal and losing my job that placed me in this predicament. jermaine treated me with humanity and that's all I would expect. I owe the bill and I wanted tot ake care of it, but Jermaine's handling of the call made me want to do it as soon as possible.
