He fixed everything and acknowledged my complaint and not only did he hear me out, I was reimbursed my money immediately!! I was so pleased!! Thank you Mr. Smith, it was a pleasure doing business with you and I highly recommend your company do other people in my area. Thank you for helping me out. I have tried to get account canceled… I have tried to get account canceled because of personal financial reasons and they keep telling me of a hardship payment for two months. I just want this canceled and they also asked me to use a out of state address so they could get me setup. After the first payment I was un-comfortable using an out of state address. The company is called what? Encompassed Recovery Group.
