Solid ground is slow to get the… Solid ground is slow to get the accounts negotiated. I still have 2 credit cards that they still have not worked out a payment plan with and now the credit card companies are trying to file a court case for payments. If I did not have my other debt already in a payment plan I would pull out from this company. I have been dealing with this issue since June and now its October. Also payments to my other creditors started late September, so this company collected over 3 months of payments from me before they started truly working on my case.

Great Agents Excellent service. Payday Loans began pilling up and they offered a great way out and even helped me to save a couple hundred dollars in the process. Lewis was a great help in helping me to take this step, his communication/feedback was great and it seemed as if he was highly concerned in helping me to get debt free.

Excellent Company This company is amazing. Every single person that I have spoken with has been very professional and extremely helpful. In particular, Danny and Gabe really go above and beyond and take the time to explain the entire process. They both have excellent customer service and follow-up skills. He fixed everything and acknowledged my complaint and not only did he hear me out, I was reimbursed my money immediately!! I was so pleased!! Thank you Mr. Smith, it was a pleasure doing business with you and I highly recommend your company do other people in my area. Thank you for helping me out.
