I have tried to get account canceled… I have tried to get account canceled because of personal financial reasons and they keep telling me of a hardship payment for two months. I just want this canceled and they also asked me to use a out of state address so they could get me setup. After the first payment I was un-comfortable using an out of state address. The company is called what? Encompassed Recovery Group.

Solid ground is slow to get the… Solid ground is slow to get the accounts negotiated. I still have 2 credit cards that they still have not worked out a payment plan with and now the credit card companies are trying to file a court case for payments. If I did not have my other debt already in a payment plan I would pull out from this company. I have been dealing with this issue since June and now its October. Also payments to my other creditors started late September, so this company collected over 3 months of payments from me before they started truly working on my case.
