My customer service agent who sets up enrollment was forthright, honest, diligent and always quick to respond to any and all questions I had related to this process and what they will assist with to help. I give him a 5 star for stellar customer service and the company 5 stars for everything they are doing for me, I have a huge weight lifted off of me thanks to this program and service. I thought this was going to be a time consuming and difficult process and it was the exact opposite. Jennifer was informative, helpful and never pushy which made it really easy for me. I work long days and was able to communicate via text and email which was super convenient. I dont have a bad thing to say about thia process.
