He fixed everything and acknowledged my complaint and not only did he hear me out, I was reimbursed my money immediately!! I was so pleased!! Mr. Beck Lewis-Superior Customer Service Mr. Beck Lewis at Solid Ground Financial is absolutely wonderful. He was so helpful throughout the whole process and never made me feel judged regarding our debt. He was extremely personal and I felt like I knew him after the first conversation. I have been in the program for 6 months… I have been in the program for 6 months and we are still waiting to get a settlement from one of my debtors. I am pretty sure everything is paid off and would rather not keep making payments that aren’t necessary
